Jon Fischer - Coldwell Banker

It took us awhile to find a house because there were certain things that we wanted. Jon was patient during the process. We never felt rushed or pressured to buy. Jon made himself available to look at numerous houses. Jon was responsive to needing to see houses quickly, many times during the same day and on weekends. We went to many open houses and met many agents. Jon stands out as being honest, reliable, and service-oriented. He is also a kind person. Because we had to spend so much time with him over a long period of time, we appreciated how calm and easy-going he was in what is a stressful process. He always answered my questions, emails and phone calls in a reliable manner. He was willing to explain things I did not understand. Unfortunately, I found that some agents out there are not exactly honest. That was one thing I never had to worry about with Jon. I think he is especially well suited to represent buyers. He cares about people. We had a good experience.
