+ -1 moreJOEL HAS ALWAYS BEEN VERY RELIABLE AND AFFORDABLE. VERY NICE NEIGHBORHOOD BUSINESSMAN WHO GIVES SPECIAL ATTENTION TO HIS SENIOR CITIZEN CLIENTS. I CAN'T IMAGINE WINTER WITHOUT HIM!
Description of Work: JOEL HAS DONE OUR PLOWING FOR A FEW YEARS NOW, AND HE ALWAYS HAS OUR DRIVEWAY CLEAR BEFORE WE LEAVE IN THE MORNING. HE RETURNS FOR CONTINUING SNOW AS NEEDED TOO. IN WET SPRINGS HE EVEN SOILS, RAKES AND SEEDS ANY LAWN AREAS AFFECTED BY PLOWING.
