He did a quality job. The job didn’t take as much time as we thought so he looked for more things to caulk instead of leaving early. He went above and beyond. The quality was excellent.

I called him within two weeks of the expiration date. He said he would do it after he got back from being out of town. He requested I send him an email and I sent the email and reminded him that I was waiting to get the work done and I've heard nothing. I'm still wanting him to do the work and would be happy to report on a job well when that time comes.

Work was not completed. Don't hire him.

Everything went perfectly. I couldn't be more satisfied.

They arrived pretty much on time but I showed them what I wanted done and a couple of times I had to point out areas they missed. I didn't think they were operating efficiently. One guy was standing around doing nothing I'm guessing because of the space issue in the shower I just would of expected they would of treated this like a job interview. They basically knew I wasn't happy. Because I pointed out spots to them. It was the end of the day and they had to come from opposite side of town but still didn't have the drive I was looking for.

Great...arrived on time, performed the work well, cleaned up. This was work done by using an Angies List Deal coupon. I was pleased with the work done and price.

Jonathan was on time and very helpful during his visit. He pointed out things we hadn't noticed and also guided us to solutions, not necessarily the most expensive option. We decided against the tile work, but did go with his recommendation for a sub-contractor for the concrete work. We are very happy with the work of the sub-contractor Alpha Concrete. The reason for the B grade on responsiveness reflects a slight delay in getting our quote, Jonathan explained the delay was because our job was a smaller one and he worked on the bigger estimates first. I appreciated his honesty and we did receive the written estimate within a fairly reasonable period of time.

The person(female) who scheduled the appointment was professional and asked what color grout I needed. I requested gray. The 2 man team arrived on time and with caulk ready to go. However, they only had clear and white as color options. I told them that my existing caulk was gray (to be fair, it isn't dark gray, but is definitely not white). They argued and said that it was white. I didn't feel I had an option at that point, so I let them go ahead. They did a good job removing the old caulk, adding the new, and even adding a line of caulk near a cabinet that hadn't been done originally. It definitely looks neater than what I had, but it wasn't the color I wanted. I perhaps wouldn't have been so disappointed if I hadn't been allowed to request a color in the beginning and then didn't get it. By the time the appointment was arranged, I had already decided to have the bathroom remodeled, so I didn't even need the full time that was allotted.

Horrible. What a shyster. Told me we would have to replace the ridge entirely - - didn't even go up and look at it. Turns out it's a vented roof, so what looks like a ridge that is coming undone is actually intentional. Gave me a $850 quote for work that didn't need to be done (again, Jonathon never even went up on the roof to look at it before telling us what we needed), and proceeded to give us a $1,900 quote to replace our garage eves. We repaired our garage eves for $250.

We were very satisfied with JNJ's work and would highly recommend them for remodel projects.

I bought an Angies List Big Deal coupon and waited till just before it expired to call. Of course I wasn't the only one and by the time I called he was pretty booked. He was very gracious about honoring the coupon even tho the work couldn't be done for a couple of weeks after expiration. On the phone he asked about grout color and my preference for caulk-clear or white. When they came they did a beautiful job of cleaning off the old stuff and some mold. One of the bathrooms has a light brown tile and he suggested almond caulking. It blended perfectly and looked great and I was very glad for the suggestion. The work was very neat and unobtrusive. I would definately recommend JNJ and will probably call them again myself when this job needs to be done again.

I think they did an okay job on the molding and the windows but the doors weren't quite working right after they left, so I had to get another carpenter to fix them. They also told me another door needed to be replaced when it probably didn't. I probably won't use them again.

Two men arrived on time and after we agreed on how to best spend their time, they proceeded to clean, repair, and replace old caulking that needed work. They did a good job and tub and shower area looked fresh and clean again. I was using an Angie's List coupon and was satisfied with the work.

After a bit of miscommunication our bathroom got re-caulked and it looked great! I would use them again despite the lack of communication/miscommunication. They did a great job.

JNJ Carpentry was great to work with. They arrived at the agreed upon time. Took time to answer my questions. Overall, good experience.

The workers were professional, paid attention to detail, and were very friendly. They were also dog friendly which was a plus.

Great job. They repaired the pocket door and replaced the trim in less than 1 hour. Another contractor bid $380 for the same job.

Two workers arrived on time. They were courteous and quiet in doing their work. What they found and did were clearly and professionally explained. Bathroom was left in clean condition and shower looks great.

My wife got a coupon for them and I am not sure what we paid for it. They did good work and they were two of them who came here. They were late in getting here but they were coming from another town. One was about 15 minutes late and the other 30 minutes.

We all decided it wasn't quite what we were looking for. It was nothing against the company. The guy just came out and we talked about what I wanted and what he could provide. I really liked him. He was really nice. I would use him if all the pieces of the puzzle fit, but it just didn't. The estimate was absolutely free. I am going by my intuitions. Sometimes our intuitions don't always work, but I do think he was a good guy. I really decided that I wanted all new cabinets. He was more into the remodeling. I thought I would better go to some big corporation. I may want to go to some place you know that's going to be around probably in 20 or 30 years.
