+ 4 moreJim understands his customers. We got to the point where I would give him the list and he would schedule his time based on the overall time line. He has the key to the house and would complete projects on time and without any problems. Jim is a down to earth family man who works hard helping people getting what they need. He has been the easiest contractor for me to work with and has been totally fair and honest along the way.
Description of Work: I have worked with Jim for over three years he has fixed plumbing; electrical; replaced windows; doors; inside and outside trim work; painted and so much more. He is a handyman who is fairly priced and works with the customers situation. He has been my go to person for the renovations on my home. Without him; my dreams would not have come true. He is honest. My renovations were on an eighty year old home where I wanted to keep the integrity of the style and bring it up to date for this century. He has tackled many projects where I wanted to keep the original. After hiring contractors for five years that wouldn't work with my goals; Jim was the person who would say well, we have a few options we can try. Every project is discussed and if there was ever a problem; it is fixed. Over the years he has shown me what a great person and worker he is. He understands your goals and is up front if he can or cannot do something. He is not a rip out and replace if you do not have to.
