+ -1 moreCouldn't ask for a better service. Jim's honesty and willingness to provide a service that was less profitable to him before suggesting a replacement boiler saved us thousands of dollars. I created an Angie's List account for the sole purpose of making this review. I would recommend Jim to anyone and I am confident that his suggestions to customers will be the best solution for them. I will use him for any service he can provide in the future.
Description of Work: We had an old boiler in our house that we had serviced by a larger, more well know company in the area, (Uptown Plumbing & Heating). Upon inspection we were told we needed a new boiler because the carbon monoxide test failed. We had 3 other companies to come out to inspect our boiler and were told the same thing. NONE OF THESE PLACES SUGGESTED THAT WE SHOULD CLEAN THE SYSTEM FIRST TO MAKE SURE IT DIDN'T NEED TO BE REPLACED. This was Jim's 1st suggestion. He took apart the boiler and cleaned/resealed everything. Prior to the cleaning he even told us that he would apply the cost to a new installation if we ultimately ended up needing to replace this.
