+ -1 moreWhen I told Jeremy I needed to sell this property he was on site within an hour taking in all of what needed to be done to get it ready to show. He made the paperwork very simple and we understood everything that would happen with the transaction when it came time to sell and close. He marketed and showed our property while working with other companies showing our home. It only took weeks to have an offer that we approved. Jeremy is honest, fair and a professional realtor. If this was a 1 to 10 rating scale he would receive a 10!
Description of Work: Jeremy Rock helped us sell our rental condominium. He guided us on what we needed to do to the property after being rented for over 15 years. We took a distressed home and made affordable changes with his guidance and he had it sold for us in less than a month! We worked Jeremy extremely hard by having a husband and wife never in the same place at the same time and he had to work with our renter that was living there until her lease expired. He returned every phone call in a timely manner and we were always informed of showings. Jeremy saved us from paying association dues and mortgage on a property we didn't want anymore. I tell everyone I know looking for a realtor to call Jeremy Rock!
