+ 0 moreI know it sounds expensive, but the prep work was the most labor-intensive part. This was a 1942 plaster home with a history, not a 5-year old house with flawless sheetrock. It looked like new when they were finished. Jeff was excellent to work with and accommodated all of our requests. His easy-going demeanor and meticulous work made our interaction with him and his crew a pleasure. He was recommended by our real estate agent who had worked with him for about 10 years. We ended up selling our home in 16 days and I believe Jeff's work helped contribute to the sell especially given this market. He has a team of very seasoned professional painters who work with him as well which helped things to go faster. We will be using him again in the future.
Description of Work: Prepped interior walls where wallpaper was peeling, Mudded cracks. Painted walls and ceiling of our dining/living room, porch and bedroom and did our stair risers up to our second level. Jeff repaired (flawlessly I might add) a noticeable crack in the living/dining room as well as repaired falling plaster in the bedroom. He did some additional work on the exterior, basement and painted our house numbers.
