Description of Work: Miller called me 8/16/2012 and said that would be out to my house 8/20/2012 to replace my walkway.They was there that day and replace my walkway and done a Excellent job.

Description of Work: The work done was to remove existing sidewalk and steps. The steps were uneven from one to another. The new steps are correctly spaced; there is one more step with much shorter space to step. This is really helpful with people who find steps difficult. The company provided the services as we negotiated and then added extra service in the form of an additional footing. The crew was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The person issuing the bid was very professional. The crew lead couldn't have been nicer to me, my tenants living where the work was done, and to his own crew. And, it was clear that the crew was proud of its work. They respected one another. Every step was explained to me in detail and followed precisely. They also provided the longest guarantee of five years unlike their competitors that offered none to one year guarantees. If you don't trust concrete/cement work to last more than a year, I don't have much confidence. They went so far as to clean up a spatter that hit the nearby garage door.

Description of Work: Poured new front step, part of front sidewalk, and new driveway in back.

Description of Work: At a double-bungalow duplex I own in SW Minneapolis, J C Miller tore out and replaced three sets of concrete steps, including one set that had sagged in toward house significantly. Also tore out front and side sidewalks and poured new, including 3 new steps down front sidewalk to street which had previously been a steeply sloping sidewalk.

Description of Work: I described the work I needed. He spent quite a while explaining to me what would have to be done. He also told me a $20 fix I could try first. I left a message for him at about 4 pm. He called the next morning. I couldn't tell if the price was a lot or not. Was the only company I called.

Description of Work: Our front steps and the landing have settled, since the house was built in 1987. We thought we needed to have the concrete jacked up.

Description of Work: We had the step up from the sidewalk, the front walk, the front steps to the house, and the walk going around the side of the house redone. They regraded the front walk to make two steps to the sidewalk (much less steep and safer). Also reset the window well on the side of the house. Discovered another sidewalk buried underneath (which raised cost slightly) and resulted in some stucco being damaged. But they immediately patched the stucco.

Description of Work: Replaced front sidewalk & steps, back sidewalk, driveway, & garage floor. A stone mason separately rebuilt the stone buttresses surrounding the front steps.
