Jason picked up my computer on time, fixed the problem in the time he said he would, and delivered my laptop back to me on time. He was both reassuring to me (when I was fretting over the possibility of a catastrophic hardware failure) and also very businesslike. He did what he promised.

Arrived right on time. Listened carefully and had excellent questions for me. Systematically checked each part of the system and found one computer still not fully linking and corrected it. Advised me of spots that could potentially fail first in future. Discussed remote analysis for quick repairs as a potential way to address some issues as they arise later.

Picked up laptop from my work, and returned 3 hours later with the screen fixed. very simple and smooth.

I dropped my laptop and broke the screen. I ordered the replacement part on-line. I called Jason and the person who answered the call gave Jason a message and he called me right away. He gave me a quote of $99 plus a 5% Angies list discount. He would have come and picked it up but it was easier for me to drop it off. The next day he called and said it was ready. He brought it to my house and showed me it was working well. He also helped with a couple security issues. I need to have the laptop and quot;cleaned upand quot; and will definitely call Jason soon for that.

I had used Jason before. I called him. He called me right back. I had a laptop that wasn't working and I wanted to give it to my son for college. He got it up and running again. And then delivered it to me.

When I contacted Jason' Computer Service I got a answering service, and a response from Jason within an hour. He was willing to either pick up the computer or arrange a secure drop off location at a close UPS facility. We discussed what problems I was having and he provided some comments indicating to me that he knew what he was talking about and what solutions might be used. After he had the computer for a few hours, he called and confirmed his initial and quot;over the phoneand quot; diagnosis, and provided a quote for the work required, including the expected timing for completion. The work was completed on schedule, and Jason delivered the computer to me at the time promised. We discussed the work done, talked about potential issues that could pop up, and he assured me that if there were problems or questions of any kind I should talk to him so that they are quickly addressed. As a self-employed professional, I really need IT support and have been struggling with how to get reliable and fast service. I need to have an operating computer all the time and need reliable help to make sure that happens. Jason delivered everything I could expect and made me feel like he will be a great resource in the coming years.

He had diagnostic skills over and above our expectations in every regard. We were fully satisfied with his work and professionalism. I know we will pursue future work with him given his expertise and fairness in pricing.

I called Jason on the Saturday of labor day weekend when our computer died. He was willing to give me an estimate over the phone for what he thought the problem could be. He offers free pick up and drop off, so he offered to pick up my computer on Monday, Labor Day! His diagnostic charge is very reasonable, about $40-50 and if you have him do the work, he doesn't charge that on top of the job. He called me on Tuesday with an estimate of $200 to replace the video card and to do a and quot;tune upand quot; that I requested. When he found the video card was going to be $20 more because of the kind of card that was in there, he called me to ask if I still wanted to do that before he did any work. Because I was getting the video card replaced anyway, he gave me 50% off of the tune up charge. So, he said it would be $220 to do all of that. He said it would be done on Thursday. Because of my work schedule, he had to return it on Friday, but called me Friday morning to schedule a drop off time. When he arrived he offered to hook it back up for me. Found out we also had a nasty virus as well as the bad video card. Then, when I was having some problems with the computer working correctly right after that, he gave me some ideas of what to do and offered to do a free remote session to see if he could figure out what the problem was. I did get it work on my own, so I didn't need him to do that but it was nice to know that was an option. Computer is working great now.
