I hired Aaroosh Jain Place Property Management to begin service of my property 1/1/2018. He placed renters in my home and then ceased to provide property management service. He ignored calls, emails, and texts from both me and the renters. Rent was late every month and he took it upon himself to waive late fees without my permission but I learned that was because he was the one who was the cause of the late payments which is why he probably waived them in the first place. EVERY MONTH I had to hound him to do the basic property management duties, (communicate with renters, address issues with his personal contractor, transfer the rent to me etc) and I now that I am in direct contact with the renters, I learned that they were all dealing with the exact same issue of non-communication from him. He just would NOT RESPOND. It is like he went AWOL. The renters and I both have documents to prove these statements. In the middle of May 2018, he sent us both a letter saying he is ceasing to service the property. In short, he took my money, did not service the property in even a remote satisfactory manner and then quit in the middle of a month because he did not want to deal with doing the basic duties that a property manager does.
