+ -1 moreCOMPLETELY AWFUL. THIS IS A VERY UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY. WE WERE NEW TO MN SO WE TRUSTED OUR BUILDER AND THOUGHT WE WOULD BE DEALING WITH A PROFESSIONAL. APPOINTMENTS WERE CANCELLED REPEATEDLY. SELECTIONS WERE RECORDED INCORRECT AND MOST OF THE THINGS THAT SHOWED UP AT OUR HOME WERE WRONG. WE LEARNED FROM OTHER STONEWOOD CLIENTS THAT SHE WAS DOING THE SAME THING TO THEM. ABOUT 6 MONTHS AGO WE FIRED HER AND HAVE HIRED A NEW DECORATOR. WHAT AN AMAZING DIFFERENCE. I WISH WE HAD BEEN WORKING WITH THIS NEW DECORATOR ALL ALONG. I WISH OTHERS ON ANGIE'S LIST HAD REPORTED JROUX SOONER. WE WERE NEW TO THE AREA AND WOULD NEVER HAVE MADE THIS MISTAKE HAD WE KNOWN.
Description of Work: THE DECORATOR OUR BUILDER, STONEWOOD DESIGN/BUILD, WAS ASSOCIATED WITH/USED TO HELP CLIENTS MAKE SELECTIONS FOR THEIR HOMES AND THEN MOVE ON TO THE REST OF THE DECORATING/FURNITURE (AT THE CLIENTS OPTION). WE STOPPED ONCE WE FINALLY REALIZED WHAT WE WERE DEALING WITH.
