The first visit wasn't very good, and I called to them to tell them that and remind them of the warranty for another cleaning. I have called several times, and no one ever calls me back.

They were terrible. They messed up on the price because I ended up paying more than the voucher that I expected to pay. It was not an Angie's List voucher. I tried to work it out with them, and it didn't work out at all. They were supposed to come back, and they never showed up or call me. I have never seen anybody come in and out and do a job so fast which means they didn't do very well. That is not a good thing. It is not very professional when they don't work things out and respond correctly. The quality was poor, and the stains came right back, and they could have come back to fix that. They charged me too much and they could have made an adjustment. They just weren't into customer satisfaction.

I had purchased a LivingSocial for carpet cleaning using J & J Carpet. After they called a couple times to say they would be late, they finally arrived. My carpet is 5 years old and was excellent quality, also no stains that weren't just surface soil. After looking at the room, their serviceman said that he would sell me some up charges equaling over $200, because my carpet was already dirty and had traffic dirt and stains. He said that the LivingSocial coupon was only for carpet under a year old that didn't show traffic dirt, and that in order to clean MY carpet, I needed to purchase the extra charges because the coupon cleaning would not clean my carpet. I refused, and told him to just do what the coupon provided, but he refused to do any cleaning without the extra money. By this time I was getting pretty angry, as they had wasted most of my day, and the carpet still hadn't been cleaned. They left without performing their service, because I wouldn't be extorted into paying more than I needed. I felt violated having them in my house!!! I called their office, and the person on the phone told me to just get a refund from LivingSocial. No apology, nothing. He DID tell me to have a nice day though. If you use this company, be prepared for their extortion tactics, and I would suggest having a man there. as they really don't make a woman feel safe in her own home.

It was a horrible experience. I bought it through Groupon. It was supposed to be $60 and they tried to upcharge it to over $400. I ended up paying an extra $40. He would not have done anything if I had just paid the $60. He said fine that I could find somebody else. I did come up to an agreement with him to pay an extra $40. I disliked it from the word go. He was supposed to come on one day and he called and said he couldn't make it. He set it for the next day. He walked through the house and looked at what I wanted done and said it would be $400. I told him I paid for the Groupon which was supposed to cover 5 rooms. I only had the equivalent of 3. I had wondered if for the other 2, he would clean my couch set. That went over like a lead balloon. He took a whole 25 minutes and said he cleaned the carpet. He left it very wet and there were puddles of water all over my hardwood floor and it is not clean. I let him know that I was very unhappy before he left and he was very sassy back to me. He was very demeaning from the word go. He said there was urine on the carpet and I said I didn't think there was any. He got down on his knees indignantly and put his face into the carpet and smelled it and said it was urine. He told me to do the same and I wouldn't do that. I would never, ever, ever have them again. He was so bad that I went into my kitchen and shed a few tears.

Terrible. Company came to conduct emergency flood service. Dropped off fans, ripped up carpet, removed padding, wood trim, etc. Only let it sit for 36 hours with the fans, came back, took the equipment. 3 days later, came to reinstall the carpeting. I let them know it still smelled like mildew, etc., and that I didn't think it dried long enough. He reinstalled the carpet anyway. Did not put on the trim, and left a HUGE pile of wet carpet padding outside our house and filled our garbage can with it, when we were charged for disposal of the carpet padding. We called and let them know the job wasn't done. That it still smelled like mildew. They promised to come out and fix it. We made an appointment. No show. We made another appointment. No show. We made ANOTHER appointment. You guessed it.... no show. Another appointment was made and again, no show. Finally, we hired another company to do the job correctly and backcharged the incomplete service. Now, we are getting constant phone calls from them. My husband answered the phone and a man named David that called told my husband to "Shut up, Mother F*cker." No joke. My husband explained yet again the job wasn't complete and wasn't done correctly. The man continued to get aggressive so my husband ended the converstation by hanging up. He called two more times. I'm afraid the harrassment will continue.

As always, Eugene did a fantastic job quickly and efficiently and made my carpets look like new again.
