We did nearly 2400 sq feet, he was prompt professional and did great work. I can not say enough good things. We had a 18 foot vaulted ceiling he handled with no problems. GREAT JOB

Ivan was great, did everything I asked, and even made some suggestion that I found ery valuable. Can't go wrong with Ivan, very personable, and takes pride in his profession.

Came out for estimate, gave estimate, got started. Original quote was $700, negotiated to $500. The next day he called to say needed $80 more for materials, quote was too low, I agreed. 3 days into project, he said that with the errors he needed to fix, needed more money. We agreed to the original $700 quote. The $700 quote we ended on was very fair for the amount of time and work he put into the project. He wanted the business, and honestly quoted to low, for the amount of work. He was fair, and I did not think it to be out of line to renegotiate. i could have stuck firm at $500, and he would have accepted, but we both were fair in the deal. He is a hard worked, and has a good assistant. I would recomend him for any project, but would recomend a person not start the project and have him pick it up. Let him quote and do it from start to finish.

You should have full confidence in hiring Ivanov Drywall! Our experience was fantastic. Ivan responded to our inquiry for a quotation very quickly. His pricing was much lower than another quote received. Since he didn't have many reviews in Angies List, I also went to Service Magic's website. There Ivanov had many reviews and they were all glowing recommendations. We hired him and we couldn't be happier. His quality is fantastic....his responsiveness and dependability was superb....and he's a good guy to boot! He finished the job earlier than I anticipated, he was never late, quality was the best I've seen, and his price was much lower than I budgeted for the project. His knockdown ceiling looks much better than what the builder did to the rest of the house 4 years ago. After I did the final coat of paint on the walls, I couldn't see any uneven areas, so his mudding was flawless! One last story on Ivan....on the last day, he brought his spray machine to do the priming of the drywall. The machine would not work. Most people would have said they'd come back another day once the machine was fixed. Not Ivan....he primed the entire area with a roller. This took him a lot more time than spraying, but he wanted to be sure I was happy so he didn't want to delay the finishing. I would hire Ivan again in a split second!

Ivanov Drywall was the lowest bid out of 5 different drywall companies. He was also able to start and finish the soonest. They did very professional work and got the job done faster than what they said. I will use Ivan again for hanging, taping and mudding sheetrock.

Went great. Ivan does a great job. He is very skilled and efficient in his craft. He did exactly what he said he would do and did it well.

He did a great job!! It's hard to find someone who can work on old plaster. HE did a wonderful job. He did such a good job he was able to keep me from replacing the sheet rock in the ceiling.
