Irrigation By Design

When I called the company about the issue they sent someone out to replace the broken part. I then called to ask how this went unnoticed all season by their technicians, AND the past several seasons (since I know the original incident happened 3 years ago). It took several calls on my part and about 2 weeks for the "manager" to call me back, and then I received the most unprofessional, rude, childish response imaginable. He started yelling at me like a crazy person saying I was "making accusations" and became extremely irate and defensive. Every time I asked a question he would respond with another (irrational) question. I asked for a refund on at least one season, since they clearly did not do their job properly, plus paid for all the wasted water from the leaking pipe. He went completely nuts. He yelled and hurled insults at me for at least 15 minutes. I was shocked. I have never experienced such unprofessional, childish service from a customer. We had been using the company for many years, and to be treated that way after they did something wrong was abominable. I am disgusted that the company allows "managers" to behave that way, defending shoddy and incomplete work, all the while sending new bills for this or that. The billing is another issue. They have the sloppiest bookkeeping I have ever encountered. Every time I called to enquire about a bill, I was told it was billed incorrectly and given a new, lower bill. But that is another story.
