Heather was great to work with and delivered a stunning final product for our new contemporary iron/wood/cable staircase. She was very patient in helping me work out final design details for the staircase, which I had obviously never done before, and went above and beyond in researching elements that I hadn't even thought of. One of her network partners did the wood work, but she did all the installation including the cable which is trickier than you might think! Her price was very fair and considering all of her extra efforts that went into this project was a great deal.

We have had a grape vine supported by a wooden arbor for many years. As the wood deteriorated, I searched large suppliers like Menard's, Home Depot, and on-line for a metal replacement. I was not satisfied that their offerings were durable enough. I made a drawing of what we wanted and gave it to several iron fabricators. I liked the response by Iron Maiden the best. They provided some suggestions for improvement, made a clear bid, and even provided delivery. The arbor was delivered on May 10th, and I installed it a few days later. Our grave vine is thriving on the now neater and sturdier iron arbor, which I'm sure will last many years.

Heather was fun and easy to talk to about what we wanted. I had an idea about creating a sculpture and even though she had not done something like that before, she was eager to do it. I love the trees and have received many compliments! I would not hesitate to call on Heather for any of my welding needs!
