Integrity was initially called by my association to perform the water removal and abatement after a leaking toilet from a condo above mine sent water through my ceiling. They were responsive, fast, and professional. They removed all of the wet drywall and installation, and provided fans and dehumidifiers to fully dry out the area. They frequently checked up on the progress of the drying, and ensured it was complete before removing the fans and dehumidifier.
Integrity did such a good job with the water abatement that I decided to use them for the restoration work as well. Phone interactions with J.R. were always professional and enjoyable. I had full confidence in Integrity after the initial work and my conversations on the follow-up restoration, but the guys went above and beyond what I expected, Dave and Johnny did an excellent job. The paint didn't quite match the old paint even though they color matched so they ended up painting the entire bathroom (toilet room and bath-tub room) the entire back hallway, and 2 walls of my bedroom. They painted the whole den as well. When I say whole, I mean walls, trim & ceiling. Besides missing one small spot, which I can touch-up, and a vent put on slightly crooked, it looks as good as new, if not better. They used high quality dry-wall 5/8 pro rock, and put 2 layers of r30 insulation in the bathroom for sound proofing. They were also very good with my belongings, moving it, covering it, and putting it back in place.
I will not hesitate to call Integrity back for any work I need in the future.
