Description of Work: Innovative Building and Design helped us build our prior custom house in Lindstrom, MN in 2007. They managed the entire project from start to finish. The project included a pre-cast concrete floor under the garage where they installed an indoor in-ground swimming pool, a broomed concrete driveway, stamped concrete basement floor, poured concrete walls, beautifully constructed custom kitchen cabinets made out of Hickory, matching solid Hickory floors, a Tigerwood deck that spanned the entire length of the house, the yard was landscaped including a custom pondless waterfall, and chilton retaining walls. The entire house construction went very smooth, and when we decided to sell our house and move closer to the cities, we didn't hesitate to call them in again to help us remodel our new home. The work to date on our new home has included, granite counter tops, new knockdown texture on the ceilings, a new fireplace with stone surround, finishing the basement, a new black chain link fence, many handyman type services such as fixing doors, replacing faucets etc. I will continue to use Innovative's services in the future, and would recommend them to anyone. It is so nice to finally find a honest contractor with reasonable prices who actually returns our phone calls.

Description of Work: Removed shower and wall, enlarged bathroom, hooked up shower drain (previously not hooked up), installed walls and shower, finished walls and ceiling, and installed bathroom light/fan.
