Description of Work: I called in August to try and schedule an assessment and was told that they return calls in September, so the woman took my information and said that they would call me. September passed and no one called, so I called them back. No one was available to set an appointment but again they took my information and said that someone would get back to me the same day. No one ever called. Must be nice to not need business!

Description of Work: They removed several large ice dams from the roof - did a good job with getting rid of the ice dams but my driveway was a skating rink from all the water that had to be used. They accidentally broke my deck railing when a large chunk of ice fell on it but they were great about getting it fixed for me in a timely manner and did a very nice job. Their scheduling people were wonderful!
