+ -1 moreCost was doubled half way through the job. I found that particularly annoying given that they had already finished half of the job but then called me to tell me that to finish the job I will have to pay twice. I agreed to pay and they did finish the job without any more hassle.

+ -1 moreI really enjoyed working with Joanie, she answers the phones and schedules the work. Bob did not do any of our work - someone came out to measure and two different individuals did the installation. They were professional, answered my questions and cleaned up after themselves. I also had them take my old carpet away. We are happy with the results.
Description of Work: They came out to measure our space and then do the actual carpet install - carpet and pad purchased separately.

+ -1 moreBob came and measured the room so I could order the correct amount of carpet. When the carpet arrived, he received it and scheduled installation. The installation was completed according to the plan and he cleaned up everything as part of the installation.
Description of Work: Installed carpet in the living room and hauled away the old carpet and pad.
