Steve did an awesome job from providing estimates, scheduling, purchasing materials and completing the work. He also added a new gate which he provided us with his recommendations on and we are very pleased.

EVERYTHING went well. From the start with the bid to the final clean up all was wonderful. Steve came at time specified to discuss our needs, measure fence and his bid to us was very prompt. He made some suggestions and all communications back and forth with some changes discussed by the board were welcomed by Steve. After our board decided to go with Hoyt Fence times were scheduled for the 4 foot part of the fence and a few weeks later we scheduled the 6 foot part to be completed. They started promptly both times as specified and were finished a day early with the complete job. Steve took care of contacting Gopher One so we didn't have to do that. They always picked up and secured items before leaving the site each day. The old fence was dismantled and hauled away, neighbors on the other side of the fence were informed what was happening. All little and big details were covered personally by Steve and his company, Cooperation and communication were the by words of Steve and Zack...the 2 working on our fence. Very pleasant to speak with and work with. Our landscaping company wanted to remove and use some of the old fence. Hoyt fence agreed with that arrangement. When job was completed and final invoice was received, Steve was gracious enough to reduce the quoted price because he didn't have to remove all the fence. Great work ethics, and follow through . Really liked working directly with the same person that gave us the bid, worked on site, and saw it through to completion.

The project went very smoothly and the fence looks great. Steve was easy to work with. He listened to what my goal was and made good suggestions to make sure the fence would meet my needs. He's got a lot of experience and knows fences very well. His advice helped me to decide on the type and style of fence to build. The project was made more complicated because I was also having a retaining wall rebuilt. The fence needed to go on top of the wall so, Steve needed to coordinate his work with that of the crew building the wall. Steve never complained about having to adjust his schedule even when the work on the wall caused him delays. He still got the job done faster than I expected. The backyard is a privacy fence and Steve adjusted for the slope of the yard to keep the height uniform. Along the side of the front yard we put in a picket fence and that was built to follow the slope of the yard and retaining yard. Both front and back really look good and the quality of the work is excellent.

I was very pleased with his communications, estimates and the final result. He was punctual and offered suggestions on "If it were my fence, this is what I would do" which really helped. He did all the work as promised and on time. Actually, I never met him, we talked on phone and he did the work during the daytime when I was away.
