Description of Work: This company cannot follow directions. They called us to set up aeration. We told them we were out of town and to wait so we could mark the irrigation heads in our lawn. Even the paperwork they left AFTER they came out on thumeur own said "Will call us.". Then they spread grass seed into our flower beds after we told them to please not DO THAT. The owner then read us the riot act because "he can't keep our changes straight.". We had NO CHANGES for them to keep straight. And he hung up on us during the conversation.

+ 0 moreMy lawn looks better than it ever has. It is green, lush, and I love it! Still a bit of work needed to bring it totally back from where it was, but in less than one season, great improvement thanks to them.
Description of Work: I signed up for the lawn treatment pacakge, then broke my hand. They have now been mowing my lawn too.

+ -1 moreI have used them for years. The service helps. They are doing a good job. You buy five or six treatments and it occurs over the course of the season. They come out periodically and when they are here, it takes them fifteen minutes. It does not take them long. It is not a big deal. They are very responsive. I have used them every year for five or six years.
Description of Work: I use Hortilawn. They fertilize and treat my lawn. In other ways if I want them, they aerate it.

Description of Work: monthly weedkiller and fertilization. Also overseeing of an area. Very responsive. returned to redo an area that did not germinate. He was recommended by neighbors who are pleased with his work. Lawn looks better than it has in years. no compaints

+ -1 moreI had just signed up with Hortilawn about 2 wks ago. I know they did a fertilization/weed treatment about a week ago because they put a sign in my lawn. I came back from a week vacation and the lawn looked like it hadn't been mowed. I called the business. The owner said he had mowed and accused me of lying to him. He proceeded to use the f-word several times and declined to work on my lawn any more.
