+ -1 moreDoug is very experienced and highly professional. He knows the requirements of individual cities, and identifies anything that would not be within code. He is fast, efficient and very personable. He took many photos and provided multiple reports including a very specific 35 page report with pictures identifying areas that needed to be addressed. He clarified which areas should be priority concern, which were required by code, as well as others. Before he left he reviewed his findings with me. Then he provided an extensive report with photos within two days at a cost of $350 Doug did an inspection for my son a few years ago, and my son was so impressed that he recommended I use Doug. I have now recommended Doug to other friends. His price is very reasonable for an outstanding job.
Description of Work: Doug did a complete pre-sale inspection of my home to identify deficiencies s which would be of concern to a future buyer. His inspection covered the entire house inside and out: roofing, plumbing, elecrical, heating and cooling,structure and others.
