I WAS ABLE TO SET UP AN APPOINTMENT AT MY HOUSE FOR AN ESTIMATE AT A TIME THAT WAS CONVENIENT FOR ME. THE ESTIMATOR WAS PROFESSIONAL, PAID ATTENTION TO DETAIL, AND PROVIDED A WRITTEN ESTIMATE BY MAIL WITHIN A FEW DAYS. THIS COMPANY PROVIDED A VERY COMPETITIVE QUOTE, HOWEVER WE DECIDED TO USE A LARGER CONTRACTOR WITH MORE POSITIVE FEEDBACK ON ANGIE'S LIST.
Description of Work: COMPANY PROVIDED A FIXED PRICE QUOTE ($20.650) TO REGRADE GARAGE SITE AND BUILD A DETACHED 24X32 TWO CAR GARAGE WITH SLAB FOUNDATION, 4 COURSES OF BLOCK ON ONE SIDE WALL, 1 COURSE ON REST, AN 18X7 GARAGE DOOR, TWO SERVICE DOORS, GUTTERS, AND A CONCRETE SIDEWALK. PRICE INCLUDED PERMITS BUT DID NOT INCLUDE SURVEY OR ELECTRICAL WORK.

DON'T TRUST THEM. TRIED TO PUT IN TWO DIFFERENT TYPES OF WINDOWS WHEN THEY RAN OUT OF THEM. CEILING FAN FELL DOWN AFTER TWO YEARS. WORKMANSHIP WAS SHODDY AT BEST. NEVER RETURNED CALLS. TOOK 4 MONTHS FOR A 3 WEEK JOB.
Description of Work: ADDED A DECK WITH THREE SEASON PORCH.
