I needed some doors replaced on an outside extension of my home which is a storage area. He suggested I purchase 2 slab doors which he would trim and hang to create a center opening between the two. I thought that he would be doing the work himself but he had his son come and help him. Even with the extra set of hands it took the two of them ALL Day and he billed me for 14 hours of labor. If the doors were cut well I would have felt better about it but there was a gap between them which would ultimately let in snow and he suggested we buy a rubber piece and attach to the opening to fill in the gap. I said that would look terrible so at the last minute he went to his truck and found a piece of trim which he screwed accross the opening to fill in the opening. The raw edge where they cut was not even anyway so this was a good fix. The doors are also a couple of inches from the ground and I mentioned that snow could come in there as well to which he responded that we could put a board to cover the gap in the winter. This was perhaps the worst experience with anyone that I have had do work at my home EVER.
