Every thing went very well. They did a very professional job.

The installer was there before his appointment time which was good since I had to go to work so I left them in my home unsupervised. They called me at work to let me know that they had finished the project. I returned home to find the area cleaned up and a brand spanking new furnace installed along with A/C and new thermostat. Overall, they did a good job and were professional. The sales dept is a bit pushy but I feel I got a good product.

The company insisted that husband and wife both be present for the estimate and discussion. This was not only an inconvenience, it was insulting. My wife and I are fully capable of making informed, educated, and joint decisions without an HVAC contractor telling me how we need to act. In fact, when I tried to explain this to the estimator he got defensive and argumentative. He refused to give us an estimate and we ended up with several other good estimates and positive results without this absurd requirement.

The service man was prompt, knowledgeable, helpful, and did an excellent job.

After more than a month of trying to get the company to give us an estimate for the work we need, we have given up on them.

Called to get an estimate, we needed to repair or replace the Air Conditioner and possibly Furnace. HEC would not send sales staff out for estimate if both husband and wife weren't available. This is impossible as my wife is running her business and has left these matters to me. Impression of company is neutral, but thought this might be a ''heads up'' for members here.

Steve could not have been more helpful. He was patiently willing to teach me and answer all my questions. He completely programed our system as I found it confusing. He fixed efficiently and professionally. The most surprising was that I phoned them on the worst/hottest day so far and even with a thousand calls they must have received they responded the very next business day and were here to fix in one day from then! Amazing... Exceptional service! I have hired the company for a yearly maintenance program.

The crew of three arrived on time and promptly began work. The entire job took a day and a half and the crew worked diligently the whole time. They removed the old components and cleaned up the work area before leaving.

They indicated that both homeowners had to be present. This is an annoyance for us because we both work. It took him 2+ hours to give us a quote. Their pricing was way higher ($7,000.00) than the other companies. They charged more for each piece of equipment and in top of that they added an installation cost to each one. I'm not sure how they can stay in business with those prices.

ESTIMATOR WAS ON TIME AND PROFESSIONAL. HOWEVER, PRICE WAS HIGHEST (BY 20%) OF ALL BIDS FOR THIS JOB, AND BRAND OF FURNACE OFFERED REPORTEDLY HAS SOME RELIABILITY QUESTIONS.

A VERY PERSONABLE SALESMAN - AGAIN THEY WERE NOT WILLING TO SEND OUT A REP WITHOUT BOTH PEOPLE BEING HOME - THEIR QUOTE WAS $12500 FOR REPLACING BOTH FURNACE AND AC - ABOUT 2 TIMES THE PRICE OF MOST OTHER CONTRACTORS - WILL CONTINUE LOOKING AT THIS POINT AND TIME.

VERY PROFESSIONAL. RETURNED MY CALLS IMMEDIATELY, RESOLVED ANY QUESTIONS OR CONCERNS I HAD. PRICING WAS GREAT. I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN WITHOUT HESITATION!!!

THEY WILL ONLY DEAL WITH YOU IF BOTH HUSBAND AND WIFE ARE PRESENT. THEY SHOWED CONSUMER REPORTS VERY QUICKLY, BUT THEY AREN'T LISTED WITH CONSUMER REPORTS. THEY FLASH A SHEET WITH A BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU LOGO, AND THEY GIVE YOU A LIST OF PEOPLE WHO ARE REFERENCES, BUT DON'T SAY THAT YOU CAN CALL THEM. IT GIVES YOU A FALSE SENSE THAT THEY HAVE A LOT OF SATISFIED PEOPLE USING THEM. THEY HAVE A WHOLE PRESENTATION BOOK THEY USE AND IT LASTS AN HOUR AND A HALF. THEY ARE LISTED IN THE PAPER AS GIVING ALL KINDS OF DISCOUNTS, HOWEVER, WE FOUND THEIR PRICES TO BE MORE THAN DOUBLE THEIR COMPETITION.

GREAT HELP. VERY INSTRUCTIVE IN TEACHING ME ABOUT FURNACE REPAIRS AND MAINTENANCE. ALWAYS RESPONSIVE TO EMERGENCIES.

THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL. THEY CAME OUT TO DO THE INSPECTION AND WERE ABLE TO WORK WITH FINANCING. WE HAD JUST BOUGHT THE HOUSE AND THEY WERE HAPPY TO DO THE FINANCING. THEY WERE ABLE TO DIRECT US TO AN ELECTRICAL COMPANY THEY WORK WITH TO UPGRADE OUR SERVICE. THEY HAVE VERY GOOD FOLLOW UP. ABOUT 2 WEEKS AFTER INSTALLING IT, THEY CALLED TO CHECK TO SEE IF EVERYTHING WAS OK. THEY ALSO DELIVERED FILTERS FOR FREE SO THAT YOU DON'T HAVE TO GO TO THE STORE AND I BELIEVE THE COST IS CHEAPER.
