+ -1 moreI MET WITH MANY CONTRACTORS TO TALK ABOUT THIS JOB THAT NEEDED TO BE DONE. I NEEDED THESE ESTIMATES FOR A REHAB LOAN I WAS GETTING. REGARDLESS, KEITH HOFMANN BEAT ALL OTHER PRICES AND PROVIDED THE MOST DETAILED ESTIMATE INCLUDING TYPE OF MATERIALS TO BE USED, ETC. I MAY HAVE TO USE THE SELLER'S CONTRACTOR AS WE NEGOTIATED SELLER PAYING PART OF THE COST. IF NOT FOR THAT, I WOULD HAVE DEFINITELY USED THIS COMPANY.
Description of Work: DEMOLITION AND REMOVAL OF CONCRETE STORAGE SHED ATTACHED TO REAR OF STUCCO HOME.
