drain cleaning
 + -1 moreHiawatha Plumbing ruined my bathtub and didn't even apologize!! They came out on short notice to fix my shower drain, but in the process left a quarter-size chip in my bathtub. I called to ask if they could fix it or reimburse me. They asked me to send photos but the next day their response was simply to text me "our technician did not cause that damage." Ridiculous and rude!!!

 + 0 moreI called Ken emergently on a Sunday afternoon after our basement had backed up with 2 inches of water and he had a technician out to the house within 30 minutes. The gentleman was professional and went right to work on the problem. He was able to clear up the roots in our main line and even went as far as to ensure that the drain in our basement was free flowing as well. Price was well under what was quoted and the service was honest, fair, and responsive.
Description of Work: Cleaned main drain from last connection to street and replaced damaged cap on line.

drain cleaning
 + -1 moreWe called on a Sunday morning and they were out within the hour. The work was completed on time and extremely professionally. The service person was so polite and respectful and was go great to come out on such short notice in the middle of winter.
Description of Work: Cleaned and snaked out backed up plumbing line in our kitchen and dishwasher plumbing.
