Pleasant experience with both the pro and the office person. Work was done in a very timely manner. The pro was personable and efficient.

They were very good at contacting me and setting up the appointment right away. The bad thing is they miss diagonosed the problem. They did not do any checks on the heating elements, but had me order them anyway. When it was a fuse in the shut off that was the problem.

Fast, honest, quality work at a fair price

The tech Niall Ebbs was professional and courteous. Mr. Ebbs explained the issue with my furnace, did a complete inspection, made recommendations for future repairs/replacement and truly helped me understand what needs to be done. If anyone asks me who they should hire for heating problems, my answer will ALWAYS be call Uptown Heating and Plumbing. I wouldn't hesitate to hire this company again.

As usual, Uptown Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling did a great job for us! Davis, our tech, installed a new bathroom faucet in our home. Scheduling was easy, he was right on time, and did fantastic work. Oh, and Davis was very clean too! Call Uptown....they're true professionals.

Very professional. They worked with me on price and financing. I needed a lot more work than drain cleaning. A lot of replacement of old plumbing. It couldn't be finished the same day and Sean West, the Plumber, patched everything up enough so I had functional plumbing then came back the next day to finish. The whole thing was unexpected and kind of expensive. I would call them again.

Pure professional and family men which made my wife & daughters feel comfortable having complete strangers all over my house. They are great at what they do & would highly recommend the company to anyone who wants to get the issue fixed. I had a water heater & 2 toilets installed. Clean, respectful and amazing crew. I just realized 1 of my toilet installed was apparently not as robustly glued to the ground so I placed a call & they are already on their way to fix it. Stuff happens is what I believe in but what counts is the dedication to acknowledge and fix it and most imp not hear about the cost as its within their warranty time frame. FYI - Many incl myself do believe they might be a little bit pricey BUT for a few extra dollars I rather have pure professional do the job & a reputed company. Glad I chose them.

Dustin came early, completed the work quickly and did a really nice job. I thought the price was a little high, but I'm please with the outcome.

Work was great. Interaction fine. Then I was clearly told by a several friends that: $4,000 was too much to pay for what I bought.

They do an excellent job on customer satisfaction and notifications on service calls. They tell you when someone will be there and sends texts with the pictures of who is coming. Very timely.
