Description of Work: A radiator they had repaired leaked several months after they'd repaired it, damaging the ceiling below; it was the very first time I'd turned it on. |It took a few calls over 2-3 weeks that never got returned, and then my calling again to ask for the manager, before action was taken. |Long story is that they repaired the problem and the ceiling beautifully, at their expense. |In the end, I was very happy with them.

Description of Work: I had a furnace emergency and it turned out to be a filter problem. Since there was no repairs made, all I had to cover was the trip fee. The technician stayed at my home for over 2 hours, running tests to make sure it was all okay. He even brought in cameras to look at the insides of my furnace because apparently the furnace in my new home is 28 years old and discontinued because of massive lawsuits... he was informed, amazing, showed up on time, and sacrificed much of his Saturday night to make sure me and my home were safe. They did such an amazing job!!

Description of Work: This is Minnesota in January. We had had one of those -10 below zero weekends and three days later we were only facing 10 to 15 above zero. |Furnace quit working during the night. Called Uptown about 9:00am. They had a service technician at our house by 1:00pm. After determining that I would need a new furnace, it could not be installed until the next day. We have a gas fireplace so it was not too cold, Later that afternoon they brought us three electric space heaters. We were toasty all night long. |Furnace was installed on Thursday. | |After the installation, the furnace seemed to keep running, the house getting too warm. I called Uptown service. In less than an hour another technician was here to correct the problem. We had a humidifier installed on the furnace. This was something new for us. We kept getting condensation on our windows with wood frames. Not good. |Uptown followed up with phone calls and offers of another Tech visit to get this corrected. They have been great on follow up and making sure that we are satisfied and happy with our purchase. |

Description of Work: They gave our boiler and our hot water heater a "tune up." They also spent a lot of time educating us on how the system works and what to do to make adjustments as needed. The technician went above and beyond to provide AAA+++ service.
