+ -1 moreThe project took some time due to rain and the difficulty with the topography of the yard and working around a sprinkler system. The area also has a lot of large boulders, rock and some clay. Pat made all the arrangements to receive the materials, as the fence was ordered out of state. He installed the fence, cleaned up the area and made sure all was in good order. Because of the association, it was critical that all work materials and the construction be completed without any unsightly mess. Pat is very neat and kept everything in order throughout the project.
Description of Work: Pat installed a fence for me at my new house. The house is in an association and the lot has a very difficult slope. After getting estimates from many fencing companies, I was fortunate to find Pat. He helped me through the whole project. Worked with me on submitting an application to the association that was approved. He also helped me find excellent, high quality fencing at a price I could afford. I wanted vinyl, and all the other fencing companies said it couldn't be done because of the slope or the cost was way out of my range. With Pat's help I got a top of the line custom vinyl fence, better then I imagined, for what I would have paid for a wooden fence. Pat does beautiful work. He takes the time to make sure that the job is done right. Because he is a general contractor he was able to help me with other projects that I needed done. He is a craftsman, he is great to work with and his prices can't be beat.
