He is the most reasonable one who explains everything that he is going to do and knows what he is talking about. His price has always been reasonable.

They did a very good job. They communicated well. He was very prompt in completing the work. He was sensitive to the cost and different options. Overall it was positive experience.

Fine. Estimate was very reasonable, quick, informative - When electricians left they forgot to hook our furnace up to an electrical circuit - As soon as I was able to contact owner, he sent someone to fix it. Owner sent bill before all of the work was done, but was reasonable about waiting for payment until last bit was completed. Inspector was sent right away after main work was done, and said work was fine, except for a new code requirement for a grounding on outside stack. Owner sent someone to take care of that right away.

When, work was completed my outlet on the kitchen island was replaced (this outlet already existed which was required by code in my city). The thermostat for the heating unit installed and my son's outlet untouched. I wrote Haro a check for 300.00 which is the price that we agreed. Unfortunately, the check did not clear the bank which was a true oversight on my part. So, immediately I sent Haro a replacement from my online account (the amount of second check $335 to cover NSF charge) which he cashed two days, later. Then, I received one invoice from Haro which was totally incorrect double the amount of the work that was done. After 5 months and no phone calls or new invoice from Haro. Haro, cashes the original check for $300.00. The check overdrafted my account, this is my credit union account which I usually don't write checks from. So, I called him many times and still no return phone calls to explain his actions. Haro needs to return all the money that he has stolen from me.

Xavier and his crew did an excellent job. My original estimate was $1600, but it came out being more because I had asked more than what I initially wanted in the estimate. Otherwise, the price was really reasonable. They were friendly and timely. They give free estimates.

They are very courteous, prompt and they work hard and fast. The price is reasonable.

The electrician was friendly and explained that the problem had to do with the type of bulb that was being used, due to a built in light saving feature of the fixture. He was at my house for less than 5 minutes. I asked how much I owed and he said he needed to make a call. He then came back and said he talked to the owner and there would be no service charge for the trip. I was very happy with Haro Electric until two days later, when I received a bill for $30 in the mail for the service charge. When I emailed the owner (Xavier) about the bill, he told me that it doesn't matter what his employees say, that it only matters what he says, and in this case he decided after the fact to charge me. So in an instant I went from being extremely satisfied with the service I received, to not ever wanting to use this company again in the future.

Xavier came out to give an estimate the day after I called him and we got the appointment scheduled to come within a couple days which was great as we needed the electric done before we could schedule our ceiling repair. My husband said the electrician who came arrived early and finished up within a couple of hours. This is the third time we have used Haro and I have found that their pricing and work are good and that it is easy to get work scheduled quickly.

It went very well. They were very friendly, prompt, and they charged what they said they would charge. They finished their work and they were easy to get a hold of.

They did it very quickly and cleaned up any mess that was left over and I was very satisfied. They came out at the exact time that they were supposed. They were very professional. I thought that the price was very reasonable.

They're just very good at what they do and they're very honest. We didn't have to pay an arm and a leg for the work. I would highly recommend them.

Very good. Xavier is very professional and Edwin did a good job on installation. We will use them again when we need to get electrical work done.

Xavier, the owner, is pleasant to work with, and has availability on a moment's notice. Unfortunately, the electrician that performed the work on my house was not very good. His name is Nick. He is competent, but he's not very thorough. I had to ask him to re-do several things throughout the house. For example, he installed a new light fixture in the bathroom, but did not center it over the vanity so it looked completely ridiculous. When I asked him to move it he told me I was picky. There are several examples like this that I could get into, but the bottom line is if you use Haro Electric, make sure you tell Xavier specifically that you don't want Nick. He has other qualified electricians that can perform the work because Haro Electric's pricing is very fair.

I only have asked for an estimate so far. He is very quick to respond by email and by phone. There was a difference between this company and the others that I have asked for estimates from..it's that if he did do the work, he wouldn't have gone thru the attic-which is what the other 3 people gave me bids on...so I'm not sure what that means.-I know he said he'd have to put some holes in my walls to run the wiring...either way..He gave me an estimate and it was around w/i the same range (give or take 200$) of the others. I only said 'no' to hire for a future job, b/c I'd rather have someone go thru the attic, than punch holes in my wall that I would need someone else to fix.

Xavier returned my call right away and was flexible in scheduling an estimate when I had another contractor coming so that I could get my estimates in 1 day. Once we completed the trench they were able to come within 2 days. They completed the work quickly and when a connection to the basement bathroom got disconnected in our basement during the installation, they came back the next morning for a 5 minute fix. We were very happy with their quick service and their work.

Excellent. Xavier stopped by in the morning about 20 minutes after I called him, sent an electrician over in the afternoon, and he was very accommodating. Quick estimate, reasonable price, very responsive; I'll use them again.

Xavier came and gave an estimate the same day I called. He was on time and pleasant to work with. Nick, the electrician who did the work, was actually early. He ran into a little bit of a snag, but was able to resolve it quickly. The whole job was done in under an hour.

Bid was lowest. Xavier was punctual, responsive and could schedule work next week. Some electrical boxes were loose; I asked for quote to secure them. Xavier said securing wasn't necessary, so I told employee not to bother securing boxes. He did anyway and charge was on bill. Employee was pleasant and worked whole day. I learned from another contractor that an arc fault breaker was required. Haro did not bring one. The employee did not clean up or remove trash from job. Several things were done incorrectly and did not pass inspection. When employee returned to correct errors, he talked on the phone entire time, including using an electric drill. I had to arrange for a second inspection and it passed. The bill came with several errors. I paid only for work done and requested. Then I discovered that 2 of the outlets don't work! Another Haro employee came and found no problems. The outlets still do not work! Xavier offered to repair them; I said I'm calling someone else.

Xavier answered phone promptly. They came out in 2 days to do work. Nick was very nice and efficient. He answered all of my questions and helped me solve some issues with our ceiling fan and circuits. Will definitely use them again for future projects.

My wife and I had such a great experience we just had Haro Electric come out again to rewire several outlets and even put can lights in our basement. Nick once again did an amazing job and taught me all about 3-way switches. We have several more projects coming up in the near future and will definitely utilize Haro Electric for all our projects.

Xavier, the owner came out twice. Once earlier this spring and again a couple weeks ago. We made an appointment for Monday October 9th to do the work. They didn't show up. When I called him he said he forgot to write the appointment down and that it had never happened before. It was important to have the work done on time because I have other jobs waiting for the electric to be done. He offered to reschedule the appointment. I declined and am looking for another company.

JOB 1. I had family coming in for a birthday party so I really needed it done immediately. They were excellent and very responsive and right on the money with the estimate. JOB 2. The tech they sent out really knew what he was doing. He had been here before and already knew my house..I would recommend them.

The disconnect was not installed. I requested a credit and I was given a credit of a hundred dollars, even though I should have been given more since the disconnect was worth $130 plus the amount to install it. Part of the work required 3 inspections in order to pass, which required me to be present, and on two additional occasions. The gentleman is continuing to send me invoices for additional money. He is trying to charge me for his failure to pass inspection. He is putting late fees on it and threatening to send it to a collection agency. Part of the work which is ground a wire was not done to my satisfaction. I requested him to redo it. As far as I am concerned when you put a bid on the job you are required to do the work to the customers satisfaction and pass inspection. Failure to do the work to my satisfaction does not constitute me owing him more money. He tells me how much his billable time is worth and my time is worth also. If he was worried about time he should do the work.

Xavier, the owner, and his electrician, Samer were prompt, efficient, very competent and courteous. The price was very good. I can't imagine how any electrician could have been any better. A first class company.

The electricians were on time, polite and professional. The cost was very reasonable.
