He was responsive and great at communicating and following up. He scheduled a number of visits to get our job done and fit it in his schedule. He was nice to work with and the backsplash looks good.

Paul gave suggestions of what would look best in the shower His work is very precision like; he does not cut corners and takes the time to do the job correctly. He did not handle the plumbing aspect of the job, but called in a plumber to install a new valve. His assistant, Brian was equally careful and did great work. They cleaned up work areas well and stored equipment very neatly and out of the way. Job is not quite complete as they need to come back and apply sealent after the new shower door is in place which they also don't do. I am confident the work will be totally finished by the end of the week (10/12). It was a great experience working with them and I plan to use them in the near future to lay tile in a small entry way. I give the highest recommendation to this company.

The job went very well. Paul was on time and on budget. The tile used for the project was very small and probably difficult to work with but Paul was able to keep within the quoted time line without trouble.
