+ 0 moreHandiKooban did an excellent job on this project. It was a complicated project with several cases of stairs and landings down a steep grade. They went above and beyond my original request, which was to simply repair what was there. They came to me with several ideas to re-design and make improvements. We are thrilled with the outcome, which is a beautifully designed, well constructed staircase, complete with railing and accent lighting.
Description of Work: Removed existing wooden staircase going down a steep grade from our yard down to the lake. They then redesigned the staircase and constructed it from non-maintenance material. The project included surveying the area and rebuilding from the concrete footers and posts all the way up through stairs, decking and railings. They also repaired the natural stone stairs going up through our yard.
