This is the third time I have hired Gregg. He does a superb job, supervises his helper(s) well and is pleasant and easy to have around. He's friendly to kids and pets and his price is very competitive. He has done work for several houses on our block.

Contacted Gregg to see if he was available to do clean gutters and he responded within a week.

I had to call a couple of times to reach him but when I called for the 3rd time, he answered, said he would come in an hour, give an estimate and do the work if we wanted him to. We did and are happy with his work. We would use him again. He was pleasant, punctual and professional.

Gregg was there every day personally to clean our windows. He was very attentive and clean.

Initially, we attempted to "do it ourselves." However, once my husband got up on the roof & didn't feel comfortable, we knew we'd have to outsource the service. On that note, we sought referrals from Angie's List. We contacted Gregg & felt that in talking with him, he had the experience and the availability to get the job done well. Perhaps with the Holiday weekend & Gregg's out of town business, we did have some confusion on getting the quote. But once things got situated, Gregg was able to survey the project, relay the quote information & perform the work within 1 week's time from start to finish. In the end, Gregg was able to give us his professional opinion on when we would need his Gutter Services again considering all of our variables (Gutter Guards, Trees in our Yard, season, etc.). of which I am very grateful. Overall, I would say we were pleased.

Gregg was able to squeeze us in a couple days after I called him. He's fast, efficient and very friendly. I wish I could find someone like Gregg for all of my home repairs/maintenance.

This is the 3rd or 4th time Gregg's has performed these services. Their excellent service, top quality, and pleasant demeanor have become routine. We won't consider any other vendor for this work. I especially liked the Gregg's manner in dealing with his young workers. He treated them with respect while demanding quality work. (He checked everything they did and occasionally asked them to go back to a spot they missed.) The crew appeared to enjoy working with each other.

I was extremely pleased with how everything went. They came in and cleaned all the windows, were fast, efficient and I was very happy how the windows looked when they were done. I had used Gregg to clean my gutters last fall and I would use him again in a heartbeat for both gutters and windows.

Greg arrived for an estimate the day after I called him. Estimate and final bill was $75.00 to clean gutters on my one story home. Work was done on the day we had scheduled (a few days after estimate) and the bill was left in my mail box. Gutters were perfectly clean and debris was bagged and left by garbage can. I am completely satisfied with the work Greg did.

He was on-time to do the job. He was professional while he worked. He was courteous and kind with my family. He was personable, but his responsiveness was not the best in the world.

A wonderful experience. There is no reason I would ever use any other window cleaning service. Gregg and helper arrived on schedule, completed the work efficiently, and were friendly and helpful throughout. They took great care to make sure everything was up to standards.

Gregg was very responsive about getting an estimate and coming out to do the work. The quality of the work was excellent and I will certainly use his services again in the future.

Gregg came out to give us an estimate about a week after getting in touch with him. Our gutters hadn't been cleaned for over a year and we knew there were issues. Gregg's estimate was more than fair and we had him out to do the work. Gregg ended up discovering one section of our gutters was attached wrong and therefore draining the wrong direction. He discussed the problem with us and said he would be able to repair it. When he was done, our gutters were finally draining properly and the repair work only resulted in an extra $25. We asked Gregg to put us on his spring/fall schedule and are now recommending him to our neighbors!

It went well. I called Gregg, he told me the price, was out in a couple of days and the gutters were spotless.

The process was pretty smooth from start to finish. Came home to cleaned gutters, and a bill that was the same price as the estimate. They were easy to work with. Note that they seemed to prefer phone to email.

Greg was remarkable. Not only is he an enjoyable person but his work ethic is fantastic. Greg did whatever it took to make sure that our windows were professionally cleaned before finishing the job. We had just moved into a house in Plymouth that had not been left in the best of shape. Greg had the windows shining before leaving.

The communication was a little tricky. We just kept leaving messages back and forth. My gutters were cleaned one day when I came home. I am recommending them to my neighbors.

Great. My windows shine, my gutters are clean, he did a great job. He had two helpers with him, both of whom were also really good. They not only did a professional job (and did it well) they were great with the smaller things as well; they were all kind to my dog, they were careful about protecting my garden, and they took their shoes off (to keep the floors clean) each time they came inside. Well done, Gregg!
