GREGG'S GLASS & GUTTERS

This was the second time we have hired Gregg’s Glass & Gutters. The owner Gregg and his crew arrived on time and promptly got under way with no excess chatting but they are very friendly. The work was excellent and reasonably priced.

He was great. He was very helpful, and he gave me some useful information. I would recommend him. He is a sole proprietor, so he was the guy who came out to do the job. He had a couple helpers. They were really friendly and professional. It was great.

He was very good. He was local and it was convenient for me to use him. He was fairly responsive. He could have been quicker, but he came out and did a good job at a good value. I spent about $125 on the job, which was reasonable. He was very pleasant. He was very pleasant, very nice, and very professional. However, he did not tell me that he was going on vacation. He could have got out sooner. Otherwise, he was very good. His price was very good. He was punctual. He was an independent operator. He did the work and he handled the relationship very well. I did call him in the fall. He said he would come out in a couple of days, but then the weather got bad. He could not come out and do the work. I will definitely use his services again in the future.

Gregg did a great job removing snow from areas of our roof that we were concerned about. He came by to look over the project and returned a couple of hours later to start and complete the job. He was easy to work with and his fee was reasonable.

I had some really bad gutters, rusted and full of hols, each time it would rain (and we've had a lot of down pours) my front window was so blurred with sheets of water... I thought my only option was to replace them. I called out several companies for quotes and cringed at the dollar amounts! Then I signed up for Angie's List and found Gregg! He did an outstanding job and he holds true to his word. He saved me thousands of dollars that I don't have and I would Highly recommend him to friends and family.

Estimate with in 24 hours. Service when we wanted it. Very good experience.

This was the second time we had used Gregg's for gutter cleaning. Gregg's does a very good job for what I consider a very reasonable price. I plan to schedule with him to clean our gutters again this Fall.

They came, they climbed, they de-funked the gutters, and cleaned up very nicely after themselves.

I contacted Gregg regarding gutter cleaning at my mother's house. This was a AAA+ experience start to finish. Gregg provided an estimated price range over the phone. He said he would be in the area the next day and could perform the work at that time. I agreed to it. Once finished, he dropped the bill in my mailbox, it was within his original estimate and my problem was painlessly solved. Thank you, Gregg! I would definitely engage him in the future and highly recommend his work to others.

Gregg is a nice guy and did a good job. The only downside was trying to get him out for the estimate. I called on a Saturday and was promised a call back that afternoon. Heard from him on Monday and was promised an estimate Mon. or Tues. He finally showed up on Wed. night for the estimate. But the work was done well and I will call him again.

Other than issues with scheduling, it was a very good experience. He brought a crew of 3 young people who were fast, efficient, respectful and thorough.

He came out to do the estimate the same day I called him and even better he and his crew were out the next day to complete the job. You will like working with Gregg, he has a terrific personality, and his crew of polite and hardworking guys. The gutters are clean and the windows look spotless, excellent work. We will use this service again, highly recommend!

Overall we are satisfied. He is personable, and has a nice crew. A problem was that the house took longer than estimated, and we paid more than we agreed on. He also never did the gutters when he said they would. They ended up coming back, but the second time was a little off. He basically just showed up to do gutters one day. The price was fair, but he was not very responsive.

I called this company for an estimate on getting the gutters of my home cleaned. Greg questioned me about how many gutters I have, size of house, number of stories, etc. He gave me a verbal estimate over the phone and a time frame for getting the work done. He cleaned out all the gutters when he said he would and at a price at the low end of the estimate. There was no mess left after the cleaning. All little plants that I saw growing in the gutters are now gone. I was also happy that I did not have to take time off work, but he came and completed the work in a timely fashion. He was very professional and friendly over the phone and I really appreciated the work getting done by him. HIGHLY recommend.

Great! He answered the phone both times that I called (no answering service). He came when he said he would come for both the estimate and the actual work. He understood the problem, understood the urgency with all our recent rain, wasn't upset that it was a small job (no other company would even discuss doing the work with me when I described it on the phone), was quick with the actual work, had all the proper tools on hand and cleaned up after himself when he was done. I plan to hire Gregg in the future for both gutter cleaning and window washing!

He was very nice and thorough. I would definitely call him for work in the future. He gave me an estimate of $50.00-$80.00. He had a great personality and did a good job.

Gregg was very responsive and came out sooner than he originally projected. I had just put my house on the market and I appreciate him making it a priority. His price was very fair and he did a good job.

Overall Gregg and his crew were easy to work with, friendly, efficient and tidy. Initially there were a couple instances where Gregg didn't call back/right away and was a no show to give me an estimate. Third time's the charm. Gregg came in the morning and gave me an estimate to clean the gutters. When I called him back in the afternoon to tell him that we wanted to go ahead with him, he said he was just finishing up a job in the neighborhood and would be over in ten minutes. In ten minutes Gregg and his crew (have to say his daughter was more on the ball than the two young men) arrived and were done in about 45 minutes.

Not much to tell. We called Gregg, he came and cleaned the gutters and left the bill. He washes windows as his main business so you may have to wait 1-2 weeks for the gutter cleaning.

It went very well. I will use Gregg again. Good value.

The appearance and performance of the gutters is excellent

Greg does an excellent and fair priced job. He is on site for all of his jobs. I won't use anyone else.

Gregg and his helper did a fantastic job at a reasonable price. I can't believe I've been trying to do this myself for all these years and getting such mediocre results. He used environmentally friendly cleaning solution including a small amount of ivory liquid. It's like getting new spectacles and being able to see again!. Well worth it.

They called right away and came out the next day and did the cleaning... during that rainy month we were really having problems so the prompt service was great. They did a thorough job and charged us 1/2 of what our previous cleaner did!
