Description of Work: Gregg is a wonderful, honest, hard-working, fair business man. We have a home with many windows, all have tiny panes, some nine over nine, some 12 over 12. Most window cleaning companies charge by the pane, and price themselves out of our range--Gregg charges by how long he thinks the job will take. Windows sparkle and he has shared many of his best tips with us over the years. I cannot stress enough the integrity and fair play, as well as the results.

Description of Work: Their service was exceptional. We had our windows cleaned and they vacuumed and cleaned all the screens and sills--windows looked fabulous. They were meticulous when moving thingsa round in the house to get to the windows, and even offered to come back and redo the windows because it rained after they left. AND they need to charge more...I have used many window cleaning services and have have paid a lot more for less quality of service. Having them back to clean the gutters ad the windows next spring. Thank you!

Customer requested contact 4-11-11. I responded 4-12. Customer sent address (not in 1st contact) 4-13. 4-14 Customer again emailed looking for est., no calls or messages were left ever at my home or cell. This is one of my busiest times of the year, I work alone so sometimes these things are not at the top of the list. Call given to Customer on 4-19-11 w/ est. no ans. Left message, no return call, Emailed est. on evening of 4-19. Customer had said she wanted work done "in a week or two" which probably never would have happened. My apologies for any inconvenience to the Customer, but I think the report was done in anger and not very fair considering the untruths in it. I have the email and phone records to back my response, and also over 600 very satisfied customers in the Twin City Area that I have served for over 25 years. Thank you. Gregg Gonsior, owner GGG.

GREG AND I PLAYED PHONE TAG A LOT, BUT ONCE HE CAME TO WORK, HE & HIS CREW DID A PERFECT JOB. THEY REMOVED ALL WINDOWS, SCREENS, STORMS, ETC. AND WASHED THEM ALL WELL, TAKING CARE OF MY PERSONAL ITEMS IN THE HOUSE. HE CLEANED MY GUTTERS ON A SEPARATE DAY, AND GAVE ME A SMALL DISCOUNT FOR PERFORMING BOTH JOBS. I WOULD CERTAINLY HIRE HIM AGAIN.

EXCELLENT OVERALL SERVICE. TOOK A LITTLE WHILE TO GET BACK TO ME AT FIRST, BUT APOLOGIZED AND EXPLAINED THE DELAY (BUSY TIME). THE SERVICE AND PRICE MORE THAN MADE UP FOR ANY WAIT. VERY FRIENDLY AND PERSONABLE ON THE PHONE, OFFERED USEFUL SUGGESTIONS TO ANY QUESTIONS I HAD. WORK WAS DONE QUICKLY AND EFFICIENTLY, AND INCLUDED CLEANING THE GARAGE GUTTERS (WHICH WE HADN'T EVEN REQUESTED!). HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

I WOULD HOPE HE COULD MEET HIS COMMITMENT OR COMMUNICATE IF HE COULD NOT. I WILL FIND ANOTHER CLEANER.

THE WINDOWS HADN'T BEEN PROFESSIONALLY CLEANED IN THE 4 YEARS WE'VE OWNED OUR HOME!
