Grandemoore was very professional and did every job the right way. They took our old cramped bathroom and made into an open, updated, ADA compliant bathroom. The workers were friendly and courteous. They made sure to clean up before leaving every day. Communication was spot on and they made it clear when they would be working (day and times) at our house so there were no surprises. The custom made cabinets and vanity were spot on for our design. A+

It was great! My favorite thing was that they cleaned up after themselves. I worked with Travis Johnson.

I reached out on Angie’s list for a talented contractor group back in December. After speaking to several people for about 2 weeks I came across Grandmoore Homes Inc. I spoke to Ben via email for about a few days, describing the situation and we began planning for a meetup at the house after about a week before Christmas. There we spoke about measurements, supplies, suggestions, insurance, etc. The more information we provided the easier it was for him to plan and work on our downstairs and in the long run it really shows. Then, he told us about the holiday break coming up and how we would have to wait for about another month before things could start. We were ok with that since that gave us more time to plan things out, such as picking supplies we would have to buy and what fireplace and mantle we wanted to buy and from where. After 2 more meetings we met our Project Supervisor Randy and we began on February 5th. The project went smoothly and by the end there were 8 days when they couldn’t come into work because of weather issues or other unforeseen circumstances. It took them 6 weeks to complete everything. We didn’t want the job to be rushed, we wanted it to be done properly and of high quality, which it was and we were very happy! I would be upstairs as they worked downstairs and if they needed anything or wanted to ask me something I was there to help fill them in, they were very friendly and understanding. There was one day however when we saw the wooden trim was done poorly and we contacted Randy about it. Randy came the next day to look over it and decided this work wasn’t up to their standard of quality. He had it immediately taken out and planned for the following week to have a new team to come in and they did a much better job! There were times when we needed extra supplies brought over and Randy would be on top of it and get it delivered before the workers would come in that day to do the work. After everything was done, Ben came by and did a final walkthrough with us and spoke to us about any other things we had on our mind, he was very patient and understanding. I would strongly recommend Ben and Randy from Grandmoore Homes Inc. and I’m already looking forward to planning another project with them in the future!

I highly recommend Grandemoore Homes! I worked with them on building my new home late last year (2018). I found them to be extremely professional, communicative, and every step went smoothly and on schedule. If a question arose, they asked all the right questions to ensure my dream home was exactly as I wanted. The entire project stayed on budget. I couldn't be happier!

Grandemoore was outstanding from the very beginning. We had already invited other contractors in for estimates, and each had been either rude, did not convey any amount of trust, or told us our plans were ridiculous. Grandemoore listened to what we wanted, helped us with a plan, and conveyed trust and excitement for the project. When we started the project, we had some unconventional plans and Grandemoore never balked at any part of it. They worked with us to get costs to where we needed them to be, explained the process thoroughly. Each step of the way, it seemed like they found a new way to go the extra mile. I had some major trust issues going into such a major project. However, Ben and Randy made everything simple, checked in regularly, kept their portions of the project on time, and on budget. As I write this, I find it difficult to convey just how much of a pleasure it was to do business with them. Major renovations are stressful, but the team at Grandemoore made the process downright fun.
