Great, called one day and they came and looked at the job. Then they came the next day and finished it.

The gutter install went very well, John went to work right away and it was completed within an hour. The gutter looks great and was much needed above our garage on a new build home. We will be using them again to install a gutter on the rear side of our home once a deck is in place.

Great fast and easy experience. Grand Gutters replaced all of the gutters on our house and installed leaf gaurds (small 1.5 story built in 1951). There was really no wait; they did it right away. They provided us with lots of helpful information to make our leaf gaurd selection. My neighbor got new gutters the week prior from another company (no gaurds) and paid over $200.00 more.

The new gutters look fantastic! The work was done very promptly. John provided a detailed estimate of the work, warranty, etc., and he even provided an estimate to repair as opposed to replace and did not push one over the other. I am extremely satisfied with the work completed and I would definitely use John and Grand Gutters again in the future.

All-around, one of the best contractors I've dealt with. John is very laid-back, but also very prompt and responsive. I bought the wrong size elbows for my garage, and John's response was, "no big deal, I wasn't going to finish today anyway. I'll stop by and pick up the right ones on the way back tomorrow." The job was done well and promptly, with a minimum of input from me. (I didn't know exactly where I wanted the downspouts, for instance) so I told John to put them where ever it made sense. After the job, I found that one side of the garage was leaking; when I called John about it, he came out promptly to fix it.

He was a one-man show. He did a fabulous job and cleaned up very well after himself. He was extremely personable and a pleasure to work with. He was also very conscious of any follow-up or future problems I had. He was very customer satisfaction oriented.

Grand Gutters had the best price for the work that we needed (got multiple bids). John helped us with selecting the right color to match either the facia or siding (or roof for the leaf protection). We decided to match the facia for everything because that is the only "standard" color that matched anything. John from Grand Gutters was our contact. The facia company (unrelated) said they were done so we could get gutters completed so Grand Gutters came out and did the gutter work. The facia contractor never finished a 2' section of facia so Grand Gutters came out on a few separate days to let them finish but the facia contractor never did this part. John said that it would be much more difficult for them to do the facia once the gutters are on (although not impossible). Therefore, they came out a few times to finish and instead left to let the other contractor finish. That was very considerate of Grand Gutters to try to help out another contractor that was not related to them in any way. Eventually, the facia contractor didn't finish so I just had Grand Gutters finish the gutter over that section. The facia contractor was able to finish after the gutters were installed but it was more difficult (although it was their fault). Grand Gutters was supposed to install the rain barrels, but we had to assemble and hookup the rain barrels ourselves (because they are huge 4' diameter barrels that are more "like a camping tent to install". That was unfortunate for us but understandable because they had planned on installing a pre-assembled hard barrel.

John was in every way ethical and helpful. We thought we probably would need to replace our gutters, but John was quick to tell us that was not necessary at all. He repaired what needed repairing and recommended that we install a downspout where water had been overflowing the gutters and flooding the basement. NO more flooding! We discussed at some length what kind of gutter covers would be best; John recommended one of the least expensive options. Imagine that?! We would absolutely recommend Grand Gutters!

John at Grand Gutters stopped by and looked over our somewhat unique situation due to a canted fascia,was able to offer solutions to correct,level,change pitch,add gutter,and water flow away from our home better than the original installation.Quoted a very fair price,got us on his schedule,was prompt and preformed the work better than expected.Great communication and excellent service! Extremely professional. They arrived promptly and worked quietly and were able to fit the gutters so that you did not have to trip over them. Very impressive. It as my son's first home and when he came home from work and saw the gutters, he was so impressed. They look great. You can see how professional the work was done. The overall service was fantastic. Although the job was not very big, John treated me like a long-time valued customer. He was very responsive to my e-mail inquiry about the job (took him less than 4 hours to respond) and even agreed to meet me at 5:15 AM (yes, AM) to do the bid to accommodate my work schedule. He made good recommendations on what work could be done to meet the needs of my drainage issues with minimal work, and stopped me from making a dumb mistake placing a downspout where it shouldn't go. The price was reasonable and the work was completed in a very short timeframe. The work done is flawless and you'd never know that anything was done at all to update the existing gutter system. It all looks original. I would highly recommend Grand Gutters!

I have used Grand Gutters twice for gutter work. They are very professional, do great work, and their prices are reasonable. John did a great job of installing and re-hanging gutters in some very difficult parts of my house. Top quality materials and workmanship. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Called Grand Gutters and Kimberly answered right away. She was able to give me a a general estimate on the phone and I was happy with the price compared to the other companies I called. John (they are a husband and wife team) replaced a section of gutter which was particularly tricky the next morning at 8am! I was very happy with the professionalism and promptness of the team. They were willing to go above and beyond what I asked for. Would definitely use them again.

Weather this winter has been unusually severe. I have heard on the radio and TV that roofing companies are backed up at least two weeks everywhere. I called Grand Gutters one day, and they came out and did the work the next day. They worked even as it became dark and cleaned up thoroughly before they left. Prices for this work average $300.00 per hour in Minneapolis. They charged $250.00 per hour, and, of course, gave me the 10% Angie's List discount. I recommend them highly.

I called on a Sunday, not expecting to get anyone. Kimberly called me right back and said her husband was out on a job, she would call me back when he returned and let me know if they could come on Monday or Tuesday. She called later that night, and arranged for the crew to come on Monday afternoon. They weren't able to make it on Monday afternoon due to the extent of the work at their morning job. Since my job wasn't an emergency, that wasn't a problem for me. They came on Tuesday morning and steamed away the ice dam, clearing my roof for several feet up from the gutters. They also checked out the rest of the roof to be sure there weren't any other problem areas. I was extremely pleased with the responsiveness and quality of the work. I would definitely recommend this company.

Called to have them remove an ice dam on our roof. The woman I spoke with on the phone was pleasant but vague. Said they would be out later that day. My wife stayed home all day waiting for them. They never showed and never called. Went with Nokomis Roofing instead. It never ceases to amaze me how these companies don't even have the courtesy to call if they can't make their appointment.

We were very pleased with the work. John and Kimberly are professionals and we felt well cared for.

My experience from the start was nothing but positive. They were very prompt with a reply to my e-mail, gave me an estimate within 2 days and were able to start work within the week. Their price was not the cheapest however when I talked to John about what I wanted he answered everything I asked where my two other companies did not. Once the work started it was finished in two days, the yard was cleaned up and there were no issues. The end result is I am very pleased with the product, workmanship and quality.

The day before Christmas I finally got around to dealing with the fact that for several days we had leaking down the inside of the cabinets in our newly remodeled kitchen. Ugh! After calling many places where answering machines picked up or robot-like receptionists said I would have to wait till next week, I called Grand Gutters and Kimberly answered with professionalism and concern for our situation. She explained they could come Christmas Day (!!) though it would cost a bit more. She said they would come midday right after another job in our area. On Christmas morning Kimberly called my cell to give me an update on what time they would arrive after they sized up the other job and how long it would take. For 3-4 hours on a very cold Christmas Day, Kim and her husband John shoveled and steamed our roof. When they were done they cleaned up after themselves and gave me advice about our ice dams. I found them delightful to work with and would call them immediately next time.

Very responsive with the initial phone call, getting the estimate, and installing the gutters.They showed up on time and installed the gutters and they look great.

They were punctual, helpful and got the job done quickly.
