Description of Work: Replaced gutters on whole house and attached garage. They were the very lowest bid and did a fantastic job. Very responsive, quick bid and did a great job. Normally I take the "middle bid" but in this case took the lowest and was not disappointed in the least.

Description of Work: Put about 20 feet of gutter in with downspouts on one side of house. They did the job on the same day as the estimate. Were punctual and efficient.

Description of Work: We're having problems with our gutters and we're sure of the best way to handle it. John came out on a rainy Saturday, looked at our problem, gave us suggestions, and told us what we could do to fix it ourselves. He wouldn't let me give him anything for his time and advice. I so appreciate his help and time. He went over and above and now we're on our way of fixing the problem. Next time we do our gutters, I'm calling John.

Description of Work: They left stuff in the yard when they were done. They forgot to put one of the gutter arms to the grass on. It's part of the gutter that hits connects to the gutter system that hits the ground. They had to come back to fix it and denied it was there problem. They said it was stolen. We live in a pretty secure area.

Grand Gutters provided the best quote and were punctual, professional and timely not only on the day of the bid but also on the day of the work. They finished up on the same day and the gutters look great! I would definitely recommend them!

Description of Work: Contacted them and they got back to me right away saying they'd be out to do an estimate later that week. I never heard from them even after following up the next week.

Description of Work: No services were ever performed. On 8/26/12, through Angie's List to Grand Gutters website ,we requested an estimate for gutter replacement (stating we had a 10% coupon) & included our house location & phone contact information. On 9/15, we got an email response back from John who stated he had stopped by a couple of times (without calling) and we were not home. He recommended a couple of dates & times that he could stop by the following week. We emailed him on 9/16 confirming when we could meet with him. He called shortly before our scheduled meeting time & asked to reschedule a few hours later, which worked for us. He didn't show or call at that time and we never heard from him again.

Description of Work: We received John's name from Roger Kelly from Kelly Exteriors. John was out to provide a quote on Wednesday and we hired him by Friday. He then completed the job that Sunday. John helped come up with great suggestions for a few unique areas on our home and didn't try to sell me things I didn't need. John was very professional and his work showed that.

Description of Work: Working from Angies list I chose first to contact a company for ice dam removal in my own community, Plymouth. Kimberly was very responsive in scheduling me ahead of another job because I was already experiencing some internal dripping and the other party was not. I called on Fri Feb 4 and she scheduled us for the next morning at 8:00!She and husband John, it is a family business, arrived on time, made estimate of work time needed and set up operations. Work continued steadily with additional crew for about four hours as estimated. Work thoroughly done. 10% discount for Angie's list discovery. They will follow up with us with review of products they sell and install to prevent/minimize ice dam build up. Alternative provider I called would have charged $100 more per hour!

Another downspout needed to go through and under a deck, and another one that passed under stairs. GG Inc had no problems dealing with any of those.
