+ -1 moreIt went fabulous. They came in by 7:30am when it was still dark. By 8am the tanks were pumped. From there it went like clock work. The whole thing including adding and smoothing dirt in the yard was completed by 3pm.
Description of Work: They furnished and intalled 75lf of new 4" SCH40 PVC sanitary sewer. They furnished and installed 75lf of new 1" poly water service. They pumped, collapsed, and sand-filled three septic tanks. All connections and labor for sewer and water changeover. These 4 services cost $4550.00. They also did a directional bore, which we selected, for sewer and water lines for $1975.00. This brought the total to $6525.00.

+ -1 moreMAJOR BEWARE! PART OF COST WAS A BARTER PLUS $. THEY ARE PROBABLY OK FOR COMMERCIAL WORK, BUT DEFINITELY NOT RESIDENTIAL. THEY DID DAMAGE TO OUR GARAGE AND EXISTING CONCRETE. THEY WERE 3 MONTHS BEHIND SCHEDULE. MARK DID NOT KEEP HIS WORD ON MULTIPLE OCCASIONS. HE TALKS THE TALK BUT CAN'T WALK. HE STILL OWES US MONEY. AFTER OUR JOB, OTHER HOMEOWNERS INFORMED ME OF SIMILAR EXPERIENCES. DID NOT INCLUDE LANDSCAPE FABRIC THAT IS ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY, NOR DID HE MENTION IT THOUGH HE HAD KNOWLEDGE OF IT.
