+ -1 moreThey were very available. They got the work done properly and they were good at explaining to me what needed to be done. They were professional and did a good job.
Description of Work: I have used The Geek Squad. I had a computer cleaned up and viruses removed. I ended up needing a new computer and I bought a service plan that covered the new one and the old one. They got the new one set up and fixed the old one.

+ -1 moreI just by luck backed up my 40G hard drive 2 days before it crashed so I wasn't that upset when I went in to find out the problem (they told me most people take out their frustrations on them as venting). I bought a new hard drive, 160G, to replace the fried one. They were busy but they got it back to me in 2 days and since I had my back up discs they reinstalled all my software too. After seeing what they did I think next time I could almost do it myself, but then again maybe not.
Description of Work: Lap top computer repair and hard drive swap and re-boot.
