+ -1 moreGary was very helpful, he fixed everything that needed to be and was helpful with showing me the location of various pipes, vents, etc in the house. I felt like he really wanted to solve problems and get things fixed.
Description of Work: Assessed parts needed for repairs and went to the store to purchase, replaced tub faucet, replaced parts in kitchen faucet so it wouldn't leak or drip anymore, cleaned part in bathroom faucet so water flowed better, fixed door bell, replaced transformer so door bell received enough power to work, turned off water to outside.

Description of Work: Gary arrived on time at our property to review the work. I received a bid from Gary to install two, 20 ft. sections of split rail cedar fence. We supplied the materials.

Description of Work: gary pulled out old air conditioner above my studio door, and enlarged the opening for the new a.c. He then assembled the new a.c. and placed it in the new opening.

+ -1 moreGary charges $40/hour, starting from when he arrives at your house until he leaves, including trips to the hardware store. I think there is very little he can't fix or do--and do it well. He is truly a handyman. I appreciated that he was willing to work around my busy daycare. He might not get back to you immediately unless you tell him it's urgent. I now have a ''Gary'' list going and plan to have him out as necessary to take care of the list.
Description of Work: Gary came out to fix and brace a kitchen table that had broken and fix a ceiling fan light and the switch on a table lamp. This was the second time I called Gary. The first time I hired him, he rerouted a sump pump to the outside, fixed a leaking toilet, replaced a GFI outlet, and changed the angle on one of my downspouts. I paid $300.42 that time.
