Description of Work: Placed shelves in closet below stairs, removed wainscotting from walls in bathroom, painted bathroom, placed crown molding on ceiling. Did extra things, hanging decorative shelves where asked.

+ 1 moreZach(ZG Contracting) was extremely thorough and kept us up to date on his work. The ceiling is beautifully done and the paint job was precise and clean. Price was very reasonable.
Description of Work: Removed mold/mildew contained ceiling in bathroom and replaced. Installed new exhaust fan. Repainted ceiling and walls. There was also concern about asbestos in attic over bathroom and ZG had it tested.

+ 0 moreZach showed up on time and with all the necessary tools for the work. When I grossly underestimated how much crushed granite would be needed for the project, he got more mid-project. He started by evening the area upon which the granite needed to be layed and asked me where I the dirt to be moved (previous contractors have simply left piles of dirt near their work area, so this was a nice touch). He then laid the crushed granite quickly and evened it out nicely. After that, he patched the wall in my breezeway left by a previous contractor and rehung the shelving that needed to be moved in order to get the work done. Lastly, he power washed a portion of the outside of the house. Everything went off without a hitch (aside from the one cause by me buying about 1/4 as much granite as was necessary) and I will definitely use ZG Contracting again in the future.
Description of Work: --Patched a large hole left by a previous contractor --Laid approx 2 yards of crushed granite as instructed by me --Power washed an area vinyl siding
