They were prompt, friendly, efficient, and professional. I was unusually lucky to get next-day service because they had a cancellation. I was a little nervous to get the bill at the end because I had no idea what to expect, but it was very good. I'm very happy with the work. They picked up the debris at the end and took it with them. They offered to sweep up the sand/dust from the cement drilling but I said it wasn't necessary. I would definitely use them again.

It was a great overall experience. From my initial request for a quote, they were quick to respond, very thorough in the quote, and very competitive price wise. I got several quotes and this was the company that seemed the most competent and the least pushy. They outlined all of the options and didn't pressure me to choose the highest priced option. The service takes a full week, and they were very open communicating what days they would be working and when they'd be coming (very helpful since we have a dog and the first steps are quite loud). They did exactly what they promised, for the price, in the time we agreed on. The workers left their contact info and answered a couple of my calls after hours. The floor is completely transformed and looks exactly like a showroom floor. My only tiny complaints are related to the mess. I was fairly warned, so it shouldn't have been unexpected, but it was a bit worse than I thought. Mainly on my driveway (from the first part of the process where they grind the floor), which is black asphault and had to be power washed to get the lighter colored stains off. It really is a small price to pay, I just expected the dust/mess from that step to be confined to the inside of the garage. Again, it's mostly noticeable because of the contrast, and is not a huge deal; just caught me a bit by surprise. I would (and have) recommend this provider to friends and family.

It turned out that our garage floor was too damaged by salt and corrosion. The pits, cracks and divots were too deep and we needed to get actual concrete repair done. They refunded our deposit quickly and without hassle.

I think they did a good job overall on our garage floor. We get many compliments now whenever anyone sees the floor. As for the job itself, it did take a whole week (started Monday and ended Friday afternoon). They were only at the house working maybe 30-90 minutes each day (except for one day they didn't do anything that day), but it still took the whole week. The crew of 3 were very decent and seems like they were hard workers and very competent. They did forget to give us our garage door opener back but after a few phone calls and several days we finally got it back. One thing to note: there is a lot of smell during the process!! We had some plastic sheets and we sealed up our entry door to the garage and then taped around that too, and this helped but fumes still got in the house. They do go away after a day or so, but this happened a few times during the week. If you look real close you can find places where the final coat was not applied evenly. Also, whatever they use to fill pits in the concrete was not very solid since we can see some areas that are indented where the concrete pits used to be.

The guy that came out was very good. He came and he was on time. He explained the process very well and I think the price is competitive for my 4 car garage and he wasn't overprice.

I had hired these people to do my garage floor back in January, but they couldn't do the front porch until the weather had warmed a bit (outside location). The garage floor coating went perfectly, and the price was right. Ditto, the front porch. Many compliments on the installation. The price given is for the porch coating. They do a great job of communicating as well. Had a minor warranty issue on the garage door and they took care of it without hesitation, and did a great job on the repair as well. You can't even see where it was done.

The quality was excellent. They came and gave their estimate on time as well. They were always on time for what they did. They were here for three days and set up everything ahead of time and told us exactly what is going to happen and happened just like they said. It was a very positive experience. I will tell them not to hesitate to use them. They would be very happy with what they did.

From the sales rep to the staff and workers, everyone was wonderful. The work was very professional, they were on time, and clean.

Great job on the floor. Plan on a couple of hours of cleanup after they leave. They must use a blower to clean up extra color chips before last epoxy coat. They leave a lot of chips on non-floor surfaces.

Well, the workers arrived when they said they would. Company provided a storage unit to keep garage items in while floor being refinished. Workers were professional and treated us and our property considerately. Coating looks great and so far no problems with the new floor.

Bad. They refused a reasonable offer from me, waited two months, then made a counteroffer that was below what I had asked for, all of this after I had moved forward with a different contractor. Overall, I'm glad I did. Follow-Up to Response from Garage Floor Coating of Minnesota I appreciate the response from GFC. I can clarify the situation slightly. After the salesperson made the bid, I contacted him and asked for a more reasonable price. He told me he would ask, called back, and said that the price was too low. I reiterated the reasons for my request and was again flatly - and curtly - denied by GFC. Two months later - and much to my amazement - I received a letter offering me a discount on my previous bid. The discount was larger than what I had requested earlier. As such, I wholly believe that my request was indeed and quot;reasonableand quot; but GFC's handling of the bid was terrible.

In the end, our garage floor repairs/coating were great from Garage Floor Coatings of Minnesota. They came out and provided a quote within a week of our call. We had seen them at the State Fair and received their and quot;State Fair Specialand quot; for pricing. Our garage floor had seen a lot of decay (cracks, chips, pops, spalling) and Garage Floor Coatings repaired those and applied a very nice, durable epoxy-like coating (25-year warranty). The team who did the work were on time, dedicated, friendly, professional, and thorough. The process takes a full week and they were there every day doing the next step in the process. One warning: some of the steps in the process are VERY smelly -- heavy fumes from the coating! The only issue we had was when the final floor coating was applied. For some reason, there were discolorations that were very noticeable. We emailed pictures to their office and worked with their customer service team to resolve. They saw the same discolorations and came back out and fixed it. The garage has never looked better. Will monitor the durability and upkeep of the coating throughout the winter and into spring to make sure no problems come up.

This was a 4 day project. The first day they came in and removed the old floor coating and filled in the cracks. The second day they put down a leveling agent. The third day they weren't happy with the primer so they did the leveling agent over but didn't charge me for it. The 4th day they put the actual coating and color flakes down. It took 24 hours before I could walk on it and 3 day's before I could drive on it. The garage floor looks great, they did a very nice job. The coating is guaranteed for 20 years so I'm expecting it to hold up.

The entire process from the salesperson to the completion of the job was very professional. We are extremely pleased with the garage floor project.

They were extremely professional in the quoting. They really take pride in using quality material. I have a life-time warranty on the floor. They came out and assessed the condition of the floor to determine any repairs that needed to be done before the epoxy was put on. That way it would last. They had good information on how I could make arrangements to have a pod shipped over here. I needed to store everything that was in the garage in the pod. From beginning to end, it was a quality job. They followed up after the job to see how everything went.
