Description of Work: "Garage Floor Coatings of MN did a great job repairing and coating my floor. My floor was in really rough shape, lots of spalling and loose concrete. They came in and ground down to solid concrete and then did a squeegee patch, then let it setup for a few days and then came back and smooth profiled the floor, color coated and spread the vinyl chips. The last day was the clear coat. And yes it did smell outside and a few areas in the house near the garage but we knew that going in. |The floor turned out AWESOME! It was the color we wanted (we had custom color) and looks great. | |The technicians were very courteous and answered any and all questions we had along the way. They also cleaned up very well, both of which really matter to me."

Description of Work: Sealed Garage Floor, back patio and front steps and porch area. Beautiful job! High Quality! My garage floor now dries quickly from the melting snow. I didn't expect that but it is a nice side benefit. We have gone through the winter season and everything looks good as new. In fact they had fixed our sealed patio which went bad every winter except this one. It looks great too! My son is going to use them as well after seeing the job they did.

Description of Work: 2 car garage plus 4 steps and small landing area in front of service door including a few inches up the block walls. |I was concerned about a small area in front of the door I didn't feel was adequately covered and they immediately came back and fixed it.

Description of Work: GFCM ground off the old peeling epoxy coating from my garage floor and then coated the floor, stem walls and wooden steps in my garage with their platinum-level coating system. It looks awesome! Communications and professionalism by their scheduling person and installation crew were top-notch. They told me what to expect and how to prepare, arrived and finished on schedule, and the cost was exactly as quoted. A few days after the installation was completed I noted that the coating on my steps appeared to be thin in a few places and the crew promptly returned to touch-up the steps. I was very pleased with their responsiveness. The only negative was that the initial sales person twice failed to follow-up on questions during the initial pricing discussions. I would also say that their pricing would have been too high for me had I not been able to take advance of the winter installation discounts.
