He did a VERY poor job on the stump removal. Every spring and summer my spouse has to make further digging at that site, sometimes removing roots 4'' in diameter that are still close to the surface. Since he was unhappy about his bid on the stump removal, I am certain he did not do a good job. He also brought his youngish son (12-14) and allowed the son to run the machine, despite my instructions that I didn't want his son working on this project.
Description of Work: They were to remove 1 tree from our yard and do stump removal. They cancelled several times with owner stating he didn't have workers available for times set up. When he called the 3rd time to cancel, I told him to just cancel the entire job. He then said he WOULD be out that day. After agreeing to one price, when I reminded him that stump removal was included, he then demanded an additions $100 for that.
