Description of Work: Patrick came to look at an unidentified issue where water would occasionally seep into the lower level of my house and resulted in wood rot. Patrick was able to identify the issue and provided a very detailed and professionally written estimate that clearly outlined the required solution. The work required stucco removal along with cedar trim in two areas, replacement of significantly damaged framing and cedar trim, and application of new stucco (the stucco is a perfect match to the existing walls). Patrick oversaw and participated in all the work. He is an awesome and enjoyable person to work with and has an exceptional team of workers. Patrick is a perfectionist in everything he does and did an awesome job of re-constructing the damaged wall. Patrick provided photos of all stages of the work which was included with his final, and again, very detailed report. Rob S

HE CAME OUT AND DID AN ESTIMATE ON OUR ENTIRE HOUSE BUT WE ONLY SELECTED THE FRONT OF THE HOUSE TO BE COMPLETED BASED ON BUDGET REQUIREMENTS. THEY ARE REALLY NICE TO WORK WITH AND VERY HELPFUL. WE WERE PLACED IN THEIR SCHEDULE WHEN WE DESIRED IT TO BE DONE DUE TO ADVANCE NOTICE TO THEM. JOHN LEFT COLOR SAMPLES FOR US AND HELPED US DETERMINE WHAT THE BEST SHADE WOULD BE. THEY PERFORMED THE JOB QUICKLY AND IN AN EXCELLENT FASHION. THEY CLEANED UP REALLY WELL. WE ARE VERY PLEASED WITH THEIR WORK AND WILL HAVE THEM COMPLETE THE REST OF THE HOUSE IN 2006.

AFTER AGREEING ON THE WORK WITH THE INITIAL PRICE OF $800, KEN STARTED THE REPAIR ONLY TO FIND THE WOOD BEHIND THE STUCCO WAS ROTTED. WHAT TURNED OUT TO BE A 3-5 HOUR JOB QUICKLY TURNED INTO A DAY AND A HALF PROJECT. KEN TOLD ME THE ADDITIONAL COSTS AND THE TIME TO REPAIR AND HE WAS CORRECT ON BOTH COUNTS. HIS CREW WAS ON TIME, COURTEOUS, AND PERFORMED EXCELLENT WORK. I WOULD RECOMMEND FOLEY STUCCO 100%.
