No one was at the office to assist me the first time I stopped in to get samples, even though their posted office hours indicated they were open. I returned about an hour later and was able to get carpet samples. When I came back a couple of days later to return the samples, the office was closed even though the lighted sign in the window said "open" and it was during posted office hours. I have used this company in the past and been quite pleased. Since the owner retired and his son took over things are clearly being done differently and not for the better.

We've had the floor installed now for about one year and it's holding up very well. There were absolutely no defects in the installation and we are very happy with the results.

The company delivers outstanding customer service, and Jason is very responsive to questions and calls back promptly. We recently had new carpet installed in our basement, and a month later the room flooded. Jason responded by providing advice on drying it out and minimizing damage, and sent a crew to replace the pad immediately. We have referred many friends and family members to them and have heard only great reports. I would highly recommend this company for all flooring needs.
