Chris was very responsive before and during the process. Work started on a Monday and was finished on Friday as scheduled. I was thrilled with the job on initial "look" although I did not thoroughly look at everything before he left. His work partner left with the extra paint so Chris said he would stop by on Saturday to drop it off. On Saturday a.m. I let Chris know via text that I had a few issues that I wanted to talk about when he stopped by to which he called me immediately to discuss. He was defensive and made it clear that he "didn't know what to tell me" about the cabinets that didn't soft close anymore. That was fine. However, when he came by later to drop the paint off he was insistent on looking even though I told him several times that my husband, who was not home at the time, would take care of the hardware problems. He would not accept responsibility for things not being put back together as they were before or the very noticeable paint flaw I also discovered and pointed out. Rather than leave it alone as I asked, he became very angry and disrespectful toward me and my home. I asked him several times to please leave my home and his anger escalated to the point that he actually told me I was "acting like a *****". This was a situation I have never found myself in and never would expect from anyone. After he left he did try to call me and I let it go to vm. I thought certainly it was an apology for his intimidating and unprofessional behavior but it was not.

Chris and his team came in and painted all of the kitchen cabinets. They took the drawers and doors back to their shop and sanded them down and repainted them. They removed the wood grain from everywhere, and the finish is very smooth and glass-like. I was told that it would take a week, and, it did. Well, worth the final result. Very happy with the final product. Chris was very easy to work with too! If I had a need in the future, I wouldn't hesitate to hire Flawless again.

Chris came to provide a quote for the work. He provided me a contract stating the work and the price. Very professional. He showed up at the times he promised and completed the job when he promised it to be done. My cabinets look great! I have attached pictures.

LOVE the transformation of our old oak kitchen cabinets to white! So glad I hired this job out instead of trying to do DYI. They have perfected a process to make old cabinets look new again, with very little wood grain left behind... truly the difference between your cabinets looking like they have been painted versus looking like new cabinets. Totally worth it!! This was a great place to start for a kitchen face lift.

Ownership has changed: Jon did a wonderful job for one of my kitchen clients - took yellowed oak to a beautiful creamy white and the work quality was excellent. Timely and good value as well. However, I hired this company a second time for another design client; was not told that Jon had transferred the business to Chris, until day of service. Yikes. The overall look was nice, but there were 15-20 spots/nicks/flaws that were noted the day they finished, that needed a final touch up (white uppers, and a dark gray island). After 3x calls from me and 4x more calls from the homeowner trying to get him to come back and finish the touch ups, we finally both gave up, and the flaws remain - not great. Follow up and finishing the job was the main issue, if this could have been corrected we'd be much happier.

Quality is great and colors really updated our kitchen instantly. Chris was always good to work with and responsive along the way - including afterward when we found a few places that required touch-ups. The grain is nearly invisible as promised and we love the outcome. If you've priced this service you know it is not cheap but Flawless' price was quite good compared to a few others - especially given the process and outcome. Far more than slapping on some primer and paint. A lot of prep went into the job to sand out and hide the grain, fill old hinge holes, etc. My wife is already talking about moving on to the bathrooms in the house. I'll see how long I can stall her:)

Chris did a great job updating the cabinets! He did the work quickly and made sure everything looked flawless!! He is very friendly and always responds quickly! I would highly recommend Chris and Flawless Finish!!

Excellent. Our 2001 oak cabinets look like new enameled cabinets. Work was completed in 4 days. Chris was great to work with. We chose the color of paint on our own (after trying out over 20 different whites!). Chris has a specific process he uses to fill in the grain on oak cabinets and it works beautifully. Highly recommend.

The service was fantastic - the doors look beautiful and were completed quickly. When Chris did the initial quote, he hadn't realized the challenging surface on the closet doors - they ended up taking many more coats of paints than he'd expected - but he made them look beautiful at no extra cost. We were extremely happy with the service - the pickup and delivery of the doors and the actual work were great, and the price was good. We plan to have additional doors painted in the future, and we will certainly call Chris again.

Chris is a professional and offers friendly service. He was willing to work with my immediate needs, showed up on time, and provided the level of service I needed. My kitchen turned out looking very nice. I enjoy the paint job every day, and if I have another paint project, I would certainly use Flawless again.
