Description of Work: First Impressions took some stuff that was left behind when a tenant moved out of a rental property. They were straight shooters and told me what to expect. Exactly what you want in a contractor.

+ 1 moreOverall, we are very pleased with the work. We would definitely use them again.
Description of Work: We purchased an older home that had some moisture issues in the basement because of grading problems. Chad came out and walked the yard with my husband and was wonderful about listening to all his concerns and ideas. Because of Chad's knowledge, he was able to give us some ideas that he felt would work better. He worked up an estimate within days. Because we were on a budget, we asked him to help us tweak the estimate. He gave us a list of things we could do ourselves to save money. The work he did is very nice. We have 2 French drains running down the side of our house, window wells, and trees and shrubs taken out and a clean slate to start the yard over. AND the basement is dry! Chad and Dan are very nice young men. Very easy to talk to and very professional...I would use them again for many of their other services.

+ -1 moreI checked with other "got junk" companies and they wanted hundreds of dollars to do what First Impressions did for me. First Impressions also does tree and lawn care, snow removal, landscaping, remodeling, and handy man type repairs.
Description of Work: First Impressions hauled away some misc. items that were left in the garage of a rental property.
